What is a Sun Pin number?
A Sun Pin number is your unique reference number that allows you to access rates assigned to you and allows you to use these rates when making bookings – Please always quote your Sun Pin number when making a reservation.
Where can I view the rates for all Sun International Resort Hotels?
To access your contracted rates on the Sun International online pricelist website click on the below link and complete your e-mail address that you registered with, Sun Pin number and Password. Suninternational Price Lists.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password" link on the login page, complete your e-mail address then your password will be e-mailed to you.
You can access the Best Available Rates by logging on to www.suninternational.com or by contactingthe Sun International Reservations Department.
Can I make bookings online?
Apply for login details with the International Reservations department once-off, there after you will be able to make FIT / Individual reservations on either BAR or your Contracted Rates by logging on to Sun International website.
Where can I access images of all Sun International Hotels?
Register on Sun Images website to access high or medium resolution images of all facilities.
How do I know what my Premier Partner Programme Status and Benefits are?
Contact your designated Key Account Manager for more details.
How do I renew my STO Agreement?
A new agreement will be emailed to you on an annual basis for your updated details and signature, should you have any queries in this regard please contact your Key Account Manager.
Where can I change my contact details with Sun International?
By login on to the Online Pricelist and updating your details.
Who do I contact for Transfers and Activities available at Resort Hotels?
Refer to the One Stop Shop contact details on the Reservation Contact details page for Group enquiries and the reservations department for individual enquiries.
Who do I send my vouchers to?
Vouchers should be e-mailed to the Hotel front office directly prior to the guests arrival. It is recommended not to forward the vouchers to the personal e-mail address of the Reservations agent, but rather to the Department e-mail address as the departmental e-mail box is always actioned.

A low resolution digital .jpg screen shot of the final layout must be sent to the Librarian at Sun International on email@example.com for approval of above mentioned usage before any collateral goes to print.
