Rules

  1. Any person who is under 18 years, or who has been excluded, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in the Celebrate 26 October Month End Draw Promotional Competition (referred to as the “Promotional Competition”).
  2. The Promotional Competition is exclusive to MVG members and is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members. In addition, all persons who are precluded from participating in gambling competitions as determined in the Sun International Employees, Suppliers, Service Providers and Concessionaires Gambling Policy may not participate in the Promotional Competition.
  3. Participants must earn points to qualify for entry into the Promotional Competition which commences on 1 October 2026 at 00h01 and terminates on 29 October 2026 at 23h59, by playing slots and/or tables whilst using their Sun MVG cards in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sun MVG programme.
  4. Entries to the Promotional Competition cannot be purchased for cash, points, or through any other form of consideration.
  5. Participants may only be selected once in the 18h00 and 20h00 draws. All participants are eligible for selection in the 21h00 draw.
  6. Where applicable, the images of the prize(s) used in advertisements or displays may not necessarily be the actual prize(s), model(s), or specification(s) issued as prizes. The relevant information may be sought from the casino.
  7. The respective prizes, times, dates, and earning criteria to qualify for entry will be advertised through the advertising mediums used for the Promotional Competition or communicated via SMS, WhatsApp, or telephone call.
  8. Participants consent, by virtue of their participation, to their personal information, including but not limited to their name, surname, and/or Sun MVG number, being announced or displayed by the casino.
  9. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must positively identify themselves by producing a government-issued identification document when signing for receipt of their prizes.
  10. All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
  11. Any person transgressing the rules of this Promotional Competition will be disqualified.
  12. In the event of technical failure, malfunction, or damage to the device used during the Promotional Competition for the selection of prizes and prize winners, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of management.
  13. Every participant/proxy in the Promotional Competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  14. In the event that management makes any exception or deviation from these rules, it does not mean that the casino waives any of its rights, including but not limited to enforcing these rules in future or similar circumstances that resulted in the exception or deviation concerned.
  15. The clauses herein are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the fullest extent permissible by law.
  16. These rules are the official rules for the Promotional Competition and supersede any other version. Copies of these rules are available at the Sun MVG Desk upon request and at https://www.suninternational.comsuninternational.com.
  17. Management reserves the right to terminate the Promotional Competition without prior notification and without any compensation, or to enhance prizes, increase the number of prizes, or vary other aspects of the Promotional Competition where such changes are fair to or benefit the participants (excluding earning criteria).
  18. Prize winners selected by way of random draw or through their selection of a promotional prop: Participants who are present for the respective draws must present themselves to the promotional jockey within 120 seconds of their names being drawn. The participant concerned must produce the corresponding printed or electronic ticket and government-issued identification document/card or passport to be eligible for the prize.
  19. A participant who does not wish to be at the draw or in the Finals may nominate a proxy for draw(s) held on a specific day to represent him/her by completing a proxy form prior to the draw or Finals, subject to the terms and conditions set out in the proxy form. Only the participant who was selected as the winner (and not the proxy) will be entitled to the prize(s), subject to these rules.
  20. The participant agrees that the proxy is only permitted to represent him/her at draws or in the Final on a specific date. Where a proxy represents multiple participants on the same draw or Final date, the corresponding participants will be disqualified. Where prizes were issued to a proxy representing multiple participants as aforesaid, the corresponding participant agrees to return the prize(s) to the casino without compensation.
  21. If a participant/proxy is not present for the draw or Final, or does not present him/herself with the corresponding printed or electronic ticket and identification document within the 120 seconds concerned, a redraw will occur for another prize winner without any compensation.
  22. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which entry is open. The opening and closing times for entry into the draw(s) will be advertised through mediums used by the casino or communicated via SMS.
  23. In the event that the Promotional Competition provides prize winners with the opportunity to risk their prize for a higher value or another prize altogether, the prize winner concerned will not be compensated for losing the prize he/she risked.
  24. The number of draw entries a participant may be eligible for may be communicated prior to the draw. In such instances, the number of draw entries communicated is subject to variation. Variation may occur due to the difference in time between the data extraction and the time when draw entries are activated by the participant. In the event of bonus draw entries which are awarded based on card tier, such entries are also subject to variation due to the timing of card tier regrades. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that all applicable entries are reflected on their kiosk slips or Sun App (if applicable) prior to the draw. Queries must be submitted to management prior to the commencement of the draw, failing which the number of entries as reflected in the draw will be applied without any recourse.
