Rules

  1. Any person who is under 18 years of age, excluded, self-excluded, or falls into any category of excluded persons is expressly prohibited from participating in the Celebrate 26 Wednesday Winners Promotional Activities ("Promotional Activities").
  2.  
  3. The Promotional Activities are exclusive to Sun MVG members and are not open to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, marketing service providers, or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company. This exclusion also applies to spouses, life partners, business partners, immediate family members, and persons precluded from participating in gambling activities under the Sun International Employees, Suppliers, Service Providers and Concessionaires Gambling Policy.
  4.  Participants must earn points or achieve the predetermined threshold to qualify for entry into the Promotional Activities, which commence on 8 September 2026 at 00:01 and terminate on 28 December 2026 at 23:59, by playing slots and/or tables while using their Sun MVG cards in accordance with the Sun MVG programme terms and conditions.
  5.  Entries into the Promotional Activities cannot be purchased for cash, points, or any other form of consideration.
  6.  Images of prizes used in advertisements or displays may not necessarily represent the actual prize, model, or specification awarded. Additional prize information may be obtained from the casino.
  7.  Prize details, draw dates, times, and qualification criteria will be advertised through promotional channels or communicated via SMS, WhatsApp, or telephone call.
  8.  By participating, participants consent to the casino announcing or displaying their personal information, including but not limited to their name, surname, and/or Sun MVG number.
  9.  Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Winners must present a valid government-issued identification document when claiming their prizes.
  10.  All decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
  11.  Any person found to be in breach of these Promotional Activities rules will be disqualified.
  12.  In the event of technical failure, malfunction, or damage affecting the device used to determine prize winners, management reserves the right to use an alternative device or method at its sole discretion.
  13.  Participation in the Promotional Activities constitutes acceptance of these rules.
  14.  Any exception or deviation applied by management does not constitute a waiver of its rights to enforce these rules in future or similar circumstances.
  15.  These clauses are severable. Should any clause be found unenforceable by law, the remaining clauses shall continue in full force and effect.
  16.  These are the official rules for the Promotional Activities and supersede any previous versions. Copies are available at the Sun MVG Desk upon request and at suninternational.com.
  17.  Management reserves the right to terminate the Promotional Activities without prior notice or compensation, or to enhance prizes, increase prize quantities, or vary other aspects of the Promotion where such changes are fair to or benefit participants (excluding earning criteria).
  18.  Prize winners selected by random draw or promotional prop: Participants must present themselves to the promotional jockey within 120 seconds of their name being called and produce the corresponding printed or electronic ticket together with a valid government-issued identification document or passport.
  19.  Prize winners selected through mysteries: Participants will be verified at the slot machine or gaming table and must present a valid government-issued identification document or passport to claim their prize.
  20.  Finalists may only be selected once per day, regardless of the number of qualification methods through which they are eligible.
  21.  Should a participant be selected more than once, an additional mystery or draw selection will take place to determine another finalist.
  22.  Participants who are unable to attend a draw or the Finals may nominate a proxy by completing the prescribed proxy form before the draw or Finals. The proxy arrangement is subject to the terms and conditions contained in the proxy form. Only the selected participant and not the proxy will be entitled to the prize.
  23.  A proxy may represent a participant only on the specific draw or Finals date indicated. If a proxy represents more than one participant on the same draw or Finals date, all affected participants will be disqualified. Any prizes awarded under such circumstances must be returned to the casino without compensation.
  24.  If a participant or proxy is not present at the draw or Finals, or fails to present the corresponding ticket and identification document within 120 seconds, a redraw will take place without compensation.
  25.  Participants must activate their entries before the draw within the specified entry period. Entry opening and closing times will be communicated through casino marketing channels or SMS communications.
  26.  Where participants are offered the opportunity to risk a prize for a higher-value prize or alternative prize, no compensation will be provided should the participant lose the original prize.
  27.  The number of draw entries communicated before a draw may vary due to differences between data extraction times and entry activation times, as well as card-tier regrades affecting bonus entries. Participants are responsible for ensuring all eligible entries appear on kiosk slips or the Sun App (where applicable) before the draw commences. Any queries must be raised with management before the draw. Failing this, the number of entries reflected in the draw will be deemed final.
