Celebrate 26 Points Chase Draws - Promotional Rules

1. Any person who is under 18 years, or who has been excluded, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in the Celebrate 26 Points Chase Draws Promotional Competition and Gaming Promotion (collectively referred to as “Promotional Activities”).
2. The Promotional Competition are exclusive to MVG members, and are closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members. In addition, all persons who are precluded from participating in gambling Competition as determined in the Sun International Employees, Suppliers, Service Providers and Concessionaires Gambling Policy may not participate in the Promotional Activities.
3. Participants must earn points for entry into the Promotional Activities which commences on 17 September 2026 at 00h01 and terminates on 17 December 2026 at 23h59, by playing slots and/or tables whilst using their Sun MVG cards in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sun MVG programme.
4. Entries to the Promotional Activities cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
5. Where applicable, the images of the prize(s) used in advertisements or displays may not necessarily be the actual prize(s), model(s) or specification(s) issued as prizes. The relevant information may be sought from the casino.
6. The respective prizes, times, dates, and earning criteria to qualify for entry will be advertised through advertising mediums used for the Promotional Activities or communicated via SMS, WhatsApp or telephone call.
7. Participants consent by virtue of their participation that their personal information, including but not limited to, their name, surname, and/or Sun MVG number, being announced or displayed by the casino.
8. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must positively identify themselves by producing a government issued identification document when signing for receipt of their prizes.
9. All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
10. Any person transgressing the rules of this Promotional Activities will be disqualified.
11. In the event of technical failure, malfunction or damage to the device used during the Promotional Activities for the selection of prizes and prize winners, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of management.
12. In the event that management makes any exception or deviation from these rules, it does not mean that the casino waives any of its rights including but not limited to enforcing these rules in future or similar circumstances that resulted in the exception or deviation concerned.
13. The clauses herein are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the full extent that is permissible by law.
14. These rules are the official rules for the Promotional Activities and supersedes any other version. Copies of these rules are available at the Sun MVG Desk upon request and at suninternational.com.
15. Management reserves the right to terminate the Promotional Activities without prior notification and without any compensation, or to enhance prizes or increase the number of prizes or vary other aspects of the Promotional Activities where such changes are fair to or benefits the participants (excluding earning criteria).
16. Proxies will not be permitted for the Points Chase Promotional Activities.
17. Prize winners selected by way of random draw or their selection of a promotional prop: Participants who are present for the respective draws must present themselves to the promotional jockey within 120 seconds of their names being drawn. The participant concerned must produce the corresponding printed or electronic ticket and government issued identification document/card or passport to be eligible for the prize.
18. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which entry is open. The opening and closing times for the entry to the draw(s) will be advertised through mediums used by the casino or communicated via SMS.
19. In the event that the Promotional Activities provides prize winners the opportunity to risk their prize for a higher value or another prize altogether, the prize winner concerned will not be compensated for losing the prize he/she risked.
20. The number of draw entries a participant may be eligible for may be communicated prior to the draw. In such instances the number of draw entries communicated is subject to variation. Variation may occur due to the difference in time between the data extraction and the time when draw entries are activated by the participant. In the event of bonus draw entries which are awarded based on card tier, such entries are also subject to variation due to the timing of card tier regrades. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that all their applicable entries are reflected on their kiosk slips or Sun App (if applicable) prior to the draw. Queries must be put to management prior to the commencement of the draw, failing which the number of entries as reflected in the draw will be applied without any recourse.

Points Chase

21. Participants earn points to qualify for entry tickets during the promotional period which commences at 08h00 on 3 October 2026 and terminates on 17 December 2026 at 23h59 by playing slots or tables whilst using their Sun MVG cards in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sun MVG programme. The MVG points earning criteria will be used for the leaderboard rankings.
22. Each prize winner will receive a golden ticket for entry into the semi-final draw on 19 December 2026.

Leaderboard Qualifiers

23. The Top 26 Tables and Top 26 Slots points earners will be ranked on a leaderboard for each promotional month i.e. October, November and December, using their accumulated points over that period, as advertised or communicated via SMS, WhatsApp or telephone call.
24. Only the Top 26 qualifiers on the above will receive a golden ticket for entry into the semi-final draw on 19 December 2026.
25. Qualifiers may receive golden tickets for being on both leaderboards.
26. It is possible for malfunctions to occur in respect of the leaderboard or system used to calculate the points earned or delays may occur in the updating of the ranking. The rankings displayed on the leaderboard are not final until such time that management has verified and confirmed the same. Any person who relies on the rankings prior to management confirming same does so at his/her own risk.

Final Draws

27. 226 Golden Tickets will be issued throughout the promotional period by way of participation in selected afore-going Promotional Activities.
28. Once the random winners in the participating promotions have been verified, the promotions representative will record his/her name on the golden ticket and in a verification book. The winner will sign the verification book. The winner must place the golden ticket into the tombola for the semi-final draw on 19 December 2026.
29. Participants who ranked first on the overall Slots and Tables leaderboards (“Top 2 earners”) after the promotional period has terminated and rankings verified by management, will gain automatic entry into the finalist draw for the car prize as advertised.
30. Once the Top 2 earners are called to the promotional area, they will be verified.
31. A pool will be formed by the remaining participants who were awarded golden tickets by way of being random winners in the afore-going participating Promotional Activities, as advertised, as well as by earning the required casino points during the promotional period which commences on 3 October 2026 until 17 December 2026.
32. Semi-finalists may hold multiple golden tickets but can only be selected once for the final car draw.
33. 8 Semi-finalists will be selected, by way of random draw.
34. The Top 2 earners cannot participate in the semi-final draw, irrespective of holding golden tickets.
35. A total of 10 car draw finalists will be called to the promotional area in the order of their ranking, starting with the Top 2 earners. They will each be issued with a promotional prop and will have to reveal their prize to determine the winner of the car prize. They will either be positioned by their prop in the above order or will be allowed to choose their prop.
36. All prize winners must produce a government issued identification document/card or passport to be eligible for a prize.
