Club 500 Points Chase

Eligibility Restrictions: Anyone under 18 years, excluded or self-excluded persons, or anyone falling into an excluded category is expressly prohibited from participating in the CLUB 500 POINTS CHASE promotional competition.

Exclusion of Affiliates and Staff: The competition is exclusive to Sun MVG members and closed to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, controlling entities, marketing service providers, and their immediate families or partners. Persons precluded under the Sun International Gambling Policy are also barred.

Earning Entries: Participants earn qualification points by playing slots or tables using their Sun MVG cards between 1 August 2026 and 26 September 2026 (operating according to the casino's gaming day).

Entry Limits and Considerations: Entries cannot be bought for cash, points, or other consideration, and the number of valid entries per competition is unlimited.

Prize Imagery: Promotional images of prizes may not reflect the actual prize, model, or specification awarded; details can be confirmed with the casino.

Draw Mechanics and Identification: Winners are selected via random draw and must present themselves to the promotional jockey within 120 seconds of their name being drawn, presenting their printed/electronic ticket, personalized MVG card, and official ID/passport.

Proxy Representation: Participants may nominate a proxy for draws on a specific day by completing a proxy form at Wild Coast Sun prior to the draw, though only the participant (not the proxy) will be entitled to the prize.

Proxy Limitations: A proxy may only represent one participant per draw date; representing multiple participants disqualifies all associated participants, who must return any awarded prizes without compensation.

Absence and Redraws: If a participant or proxy fails to present themselves or produce valid entry/ID documentation within 120 seconds, a redraw will take place without compensation.

Advertising of Schedules: Specific draw dates, times, and points earning criteria will be published through promotional advertising mediums.

Entry Activation: Participants must activate their draw entries at Wild Coast Sun within the advertised opening and closing times on the day of the draw.

Gamble/Risk Mechanics: If prize winners are given the option to risk a prize for a higher value item, they will not be compensated if they lose the original prize.

Entry Variation Disclaimers: Communicated draw entry counts are subject to variation based on the delay between data extraction, participant activation, and card tier regrades.

Consent to Announcement: Participation grants consent for the casino to display or announce personal details, including name, surname, and Sun MVG number.

Prize Transfers and Collection: Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash unless specified; winners must present a government-issued ID to sign for and claim prizes.

Finality of Decisions: All decisions are final, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

Rule Infringements: Transgressing the competition rules results in immediate disqualification.

Technical Failures: In the event of device failure or malfunction during draws, management reserves the right to use an alternative draw method at its sole discretion.

Rule Acceptance: All participants and proxies are deemed to have accepted the official rules by virtue of participating.

Non-Waiver: Any exceptions or deviations granted by management do not constitute a waiver of rights to enforce rules in future instances.

Severability: If any clause of these rules is deemed legally unenforceable, it will be severed, leaving the remaining clauses intact.

Management Rights to Modify: Management reserves the right to terminate the competition without notice or compensation, as well as enhance prizes or adjust non-earning aspects to benefit participants.

ROI Cancellation Terms: Management reserves the right to alter draw mechanics, amend draws, or cancel the promotion entirely if it fails to yield expected returns on investment.

Dispute Resolution: Any gambling-related disputes may be referred to the Eastern Cape Gambling Board (ECGB).
