  1. The rates are nett and non-commissionable.
  2. Rates are quoted in South African Rand per room, per night subject to availability and fluctuation. Blackout dates may apply.
  3. These rates apply to new reservations only, booked for travel 20 - 22 December 2020 and 22 - 24 December 2020.
  4. Complimentary bus tickets are based on maximum 2 persons per room
  5. An additional R192.00 per person for bus ticket cost per room will be added to package cost
  6. No parking at the hotel will be permitted
  7. A minimum of 2 nights is required
  8. The Mega Coach bus will depart at the Maslow Sandton hotel on the 20th and 22nd of December 2020 at 09h00, and depart at the Maslow Time Square hotel at 11h00, the bus reserves rights to depart as stipulated and will not be able to leave later.
  9. This promotion is valid to South Africa Residents only. A valid ID/Passport will be required upon check-in.
  10. If the guest does not present a South African ID upon check – in, the rate will revert to BAR.
  11. Rate/ Booking code to be quoted on reservation request. Sun International will not accept responsibility of an incorrect rate / booking code applied to reservations if these have not been requested upon booking.
  12. Rates designated as DOUBLE are applicable to two adults sharing a room, while rates designated as SINGLE under the same heading are applicable to a single adult occupying a room.
  13. Sun International reserves the right to amend the rates to reflect any adjustments to the rate and to VAT levied or any levies imposed by the government or levied by any other body.
  14. One night’s deposit will be chargeable within 24 hours of the reservation being confirmed.
  15. Cancellation or modification of this reservation within 7 days prior to arrival will result in 100% penalty fee of the first night’s accommodation.
  16. No refund for any unused portion of package.
  17. This promotion is not valid for group bookings and cannot be booked in conjunction with any other promotions or special offers.
  18. Drinks and gratuities not included in package unless specified.
  19. Activities are strictly subject to availability and bookings are essential upon arrival with the hotel concierge.
  20. Check in time is 14h00 and check out time is 11h00.
