Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotional competition is exclusive to GrandWest visitors and is closed to directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, marketing service providers, and their immediate family members.
  2. The retail promotion runs Monday to Sunday, from 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026.
  3. The promotion draw will take place on Thursday, 1 October 2026, and the winner will be notified via email and/or telephonically.
  1. Promotional dates and times may change and will be advertised on property. Participants are responsible for noting any changes prior to the draw.
  2. No late entries will be accepted.
  3. To qualify, participants must spend the qualifying amount at participating outlets, complete an entry ticket, attach the original till slip, and drop it into the tombola located in The District or The Cape Village at GrandWest.
  4. Entry tickets will only be issued for purchases of R150 or more or R300 or more at the respective participating outlets.
  5. Entry tickets will not be issued for VIP vouchers during the promotional period.
  6. No split bills will be allowed.
  7. Participants may enter as many times as they wish during the promotional period.
  8. Lost till slips will not be replaced.
  9. Entries that are unclear, illegible, or contain errors will be declared invalid.
  10. The winner will be selected by way of a manual draw under camera coverage.
  11. The total prize value is R100 000, consisting of a travel voucher. Additional terms and conditions apply to this travel voucher.
  12. If the prize is not claimed within one month of notification, it will be forfeited.
  13. Images of prizes used in advertising may not necessarily reflect the actual prize.
  14. Participants consent to the use of their personal information and images for marketing purposes.
  15. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated. Winners must present valid government-issued identification when claiming their prize.
  16. Winners younger than 18 years must be accompanied by a legal guardian with valid identification.
  17. All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
  18. Winners may be required to sign a waiver of liability and indemnity before claiming their prize.
  19. The right of entry is reserved.
  20. Any person transgressing these rules will be disqualified.
  21. Participation constitutes acceptance of these rules.
  22. Should any clause be found unenforceable by law, the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
  23. Management reserves the right to terminate or amend this promotional competition where such changes benefit participants (excluding earning criteria).
