This November, Crystal Court transforms into the setting for The Palace Thanksgiving Grand Buffet, a rare and exclusive celebration of harvest, tradition and gratitude, brought to life for three unforgettable Saturdays only.

Step into a world of abundance: a table laden with herb-roasted whole turkey carved fresh at our live carvery, alongside sage and onion stuffing, rich turkey gravy and a full harvest salad table. Indulge in a chilled seafood and oyster display, then head to two live cooking stations, The Palace Prawn Experience and our Truffle Mac and Cheese, finished to order with all the trimmings.

From Southern buttermilk fried chicken to braised beef short rib and maple-glazed seabass, the mains table offers something for every palate, paired with duck fat roast potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts and honey-glazed heritage carrots.

No Thanksgiving is complete without dessert: classic pumpkin pie, bourbon pecan pie, sweet potato pie and a decadent caramel apple entremet, alongside New York baked cheesecake.

Little ones are treated to their very own Little Pilgrims Feast, complete with mini turkey sliders, mac and cheese and a dessert corner of their own, so the whole family can gather around one table of gratitude.

Set against warm candlelight and golden harvest hues, the evening captures the true spirit of Thanksgiving for guests discovering it for the first time.
