Mechanics

  • Weekly Friday Draws – Guests must earn 3 points from the previous Friday at 09h00 to the next week Thursday to qualify for 1 ticket into the draw, to win a share of R20 000 in cash. Tickets will be printed via Promotions Executive on the day of the draw.

Promotional Mechanics

  • Draws will be done electronically through promotions executive.
  • Ticket issuing will open on the day of the draw at 10h00 for the weekly draw.
  • Ticket issuing will open on the day of the draw at 10h00 for the draw finale.
  • Ticket issuing will close 15 minutes prior to each draw.
  • Guests must print a verification stub for each individual draw on the day of the finale (i.e. a separate verification stub for the19h00, 20h00, 21h00 and 22h00, draw.)
  • Guests must present themselves to the auditors with a valid picture identification (i.e. SA Identity Document, Passport or Driver’s Licence) within 2 minutes of their ticket number and name being announced.
  • If a guest is not present at a specific draw, a new ticket will be drawn electronically by promotions executive after the 2 minutes and the guest will forfeit his/her chance of winning.
  • A guest can win only once at a specific draw, but multiple times during the evening.
  • At the 22h00 draw on 25 November 2022, the guest in order of verification will get an opportunity to pick an envelope. Five identical envelopes will be on presented with the below mentioned prizes inside.
  •  Guests will receive the prize revealed inside their chosen envelope.
  • The biggest prize on the night (25 November 2022) will be the Renault Kwid 1.0 Life.

Rules

  1. Guests will receive draw tickets for each week’s Thursday draws for every 3 casino points earned in the previous week, i.e. from the previous Thursday at 09h00 until the next week Wednesday.
  2. Excluding the draw finale guests will receive one draw ticket for every 100 casino points earned to qualify from 09h00 on Friday, 30 September to 24 November 2022. Tickets will be printed via Promotions Executive. Guests need to print a verification stub for every draw.
  3. No person under is 18 allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  1. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  2. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  3. Participants earn points by playing slots or tables whilst using MVG loyalty cards.
  4. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
  5. Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw. Draw times and dates, and points criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
  6. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times.
  7. Prize winners who are present will be given 120 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of a positive and acceptable form of identification. (i.e. SA Identity Document, Passport or Driver’s Licence) within 2 minutes of their ticket number and name being announced.
  8. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 120 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
  9. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing board will be informed of any such changes.
  10. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  11. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into; participants do however have the right to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute.
  12. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  13. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  14. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
