Africa to Asia (also known as A2A) offers guests a unique Afro-chic dining experience.
 
7 island buffet stations offer a superb array of Asian, Middle Eastern and South African specialities – for meat lovers and vegetarians. Guests can enjoy a variety of dishes including exotic stir fries, tandoori chicken, curries, salads, pap, wors, shish nyama (various grilled meats) and middle eastern mezzes. Not to mention a delectable desert bar and free dispensed sodas.
 
Expansive decks overlook lush gardens and offer sea views. No bookings – first come, first served.

Aqua is Sibaya’s exotic seafood restaurant and known as one of the finest seafood restaurants in Durban.  The larger than life aquatic décor sets the tone for an underwater dining experience second to none.  The a la carte menu offers a broad range of fresh seafood dishes and an award winning wine list with a superb range of top South African wines.  There are also a number of teppanyaki tables and a sushi bar.

Krakatoa is one of Durban’s most revered night spots and the pulse of Sibaya’s nightlife and entertainment. This multi-tiered venue boasts a large dance floor, thundering sound system and dazzling lighting – including two giant, three storey lava lamps. It also features a stage that is used for revues, cabarets and live music.

Sondela Restaurant and Tavern

The Sondela Restaurant and Tavern is set in two Zulu-inspired thatched buildings with open decks enjoying ocean and garden views. Themed as contemporary Zulu with a classic touch, the menu offers a variety of typically South African cuisine with Zulu overtones designed to appeal to an international palate as well as catering for children’s tastes. 
 
Sondela Restaurant gives you a warm Zulu welcome with a freshly brewed mug of Sorghum beer on arrival or a glass African Fruit cocktail. 
 
Sit down, relax and enjoy the Ujeque – steamed bread and the Isinkwa Sombila – corn bread and absorb the authentic atmosphere.  The Unique menu offers a delicious array of traditional food ranging from the Ostrich Borewors, Usu ne Itwane – Ox Tripe with Sugar beans, Signature dish Karoo lamb loin chops in Wild Rosemary oil. All traditional African food will be cooked using open flame grills.

It’s certain to become a favourite for locals or foreign visitors.
 
Trading hours:
Friday – Saturday (18.00 pm – 22.00 pm) and Sunday lunch (11.00 am – 16.00 pm).

Sondela seats 120 guests and booking is essential.

The Imbizo Conference Centre is a large multi-purpose conferencing venue.  The Main Arena can be configured in a variety of ways to suit almost any conference or meeting need with a maximum capacity for 500 people, 400 people (school room),  400 people (exhibition), 600 people (cocktail) and 800 people (cinema style).  There are also 4 breakaway meeting rooms. All facilities are flexible and feature advanced technological equipment backed by a team of experienced professionals.
