We regret to inform you that Soul Food Live – Heritage Weekend, scheduled to take place on Saturday, 26 September 2026 at Windmill Casino, Bloemfontein, has been cancelled.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this cancellation may cause and would like to thank you for your support of Soul Food Live.

REFUNDS

As the event has been cancelled, your ticket purchase will be eligible for a refund through Webtickets:

To refund your tickets: simply log in to your Webtickets profile and click on “MY TICKETS.”

Select “CHOOSE ACTION” and “REFUND TICKETS” next to your transaction. Please choose the payment method that you paid with.

If you paid by card, please select your tickets and choose the Card Option. Please allow 7–10 working days for the funds to reflect in the account used to make the booking.

If you paid via Pick n Pay, please select your tickets, choose Pick n Pay and click “SUBMIT.” You will then receive a voucher code which you can provide to the Pick n Pay cashier, who will refund you in cash.
