Rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
  1. All MVG cardholders playing tables during the promotional earning period qualify for this promotion;
  2. Points must be earned prior 30 days to be eligible for a voucher and / draw ticket;
  3. Participants must earn 35 or more casino table points during the promotional earning period to qualify for a predetermined voucher; and they should earn 5 or more casino tables points to qualify for a draw ticket
  4. No shortfall will be considered;
  5. Voucher slip will be available for collection from the Promo Kiosks only from the 1st to the 24th of the month only;
  6. Prizes and X-Tra Play Vouchers are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised;
  7. Qualifying participants must present their voucher, together with SA ID and MVG Card at Cash Desk for redemption.
  8. Gaming credits refers to non-negotiable gaming chips;
  9. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
  10. Participants do, however, have the option to approach the Gauteng Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute;
  11. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  12. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  13. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
