Rules
- No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
- Any person who has been issued with a Banning order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
- This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
- Participants earn points by playing slots or tables whilst using MVG cards;
- To qualify for a ticket into the sunday Draw, participants must earn 3 points between Sunday at 17h00 and Next Sunday at 15h00
- Participants should activate their entry by printing their receipt for the Sundays draw on the day of the draw from 10h00 until 15h45.
- Draw takes place at 16h00.
- Tickets will be capped at 50 for the draws;
- Customers need to be present for the draw. Customers will be given 120 seconds after their names are called to claim their prize at the Casino main stage. Should a customer not present themselves, they will forfeit their prize and a re-draw will take place.
- Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
- Prize Winners will be selected by way of an electronic draw. Draw times and dates; and points criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
- Prize winners need to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket receipt, MVG card belonging to the winner; and SA ID book/Card, valid SA Drivers Licence or valid Passport.
- Prizes are not transferrable and winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
- All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
- In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
- Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;

- The rules of this promotion are only valid as set out under Covid-19 Alert Level during which they were issued and are subject to change should the Covid-19 Alert Level change as per government gazette guidelines.
