- Accommodation will be allocated on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis.
- Full prepayment for all accommodation packages is required within 10 days of booking otherwise the booking will be released.
- Cancellations fees do apply.

- Regrettably, no Saturday arrivals or departures are accepted.
- Sun City has a minimum two-night stay over weekends.
