Looking to stay active while you're here? Join the local Parkrun - a free, fun and friendly 5k community event that happens every Saturday morning at Sun City Resort. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just want to join in the fresh air, Parkrun is for everyone! 

No pressure, no competition - just a great way to explore the local area, meet new people, and enjoy your weekend. Don't forget your barcode if you are tracking your time!

How to Join:

2. Print your barcode
3. Show up, scan in, and enjoy the run!

Course Map

Day visitors will be granted free entry through Lane 6 at the front entrance (toll gate) at a presentation of a printed or soft copy parkrun barcode displaying their name, parkrun ID and barcode along with a valid identity document. Alternatively, access will be allowed for those wearing a parkrun wristband that includes their name, parkrun ID, and barcode.

After entry, participants to proceed to the Skytrain parking area, where a shuttle will depart at 06h30 to the Gary Player Country Club parking. Please note that no one will be granted access after 07h00.

Access will be limited to the resort only and does not include the use of hotel facilities and entry to the Valley of Waves.
