Rules

ULTIM8 CHASE RULES

  1. Any person who is under 18 years, or who has been excluded, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in the Ultimate Chase promotional competition (“promotional competition”) and gaming promotion in the form of a leaderboard chase.
  2. This promotional competition and gaming promotion is exclusive to Diamond and Platinum Sun MVG members, and is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members. In addition, all persons who are precluded from participating in gambling activities as determined in the Sun International Employees, Suppliers, Service Providers and Concessionaires Gambling Policy may not participate in this promotional competition.
  3. Participants earn points to qualify for entry tickets during the promotional period which commences on 19 September 2026 and terminates on 07 November 2026 by playing slots or tables whilst using their Sun MVG cards in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sun MVG programme. The afore-going dates commence and terminate in line with the gaming day of the casino.
  1. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration. The number of valid entries is not limited for this promotional competition.
  2. Where applicable, the images of the prize(s) used in advertisements or displays may not necessarily be the actual prize(s), model(s) or specification(s) issued as prizes. The relevant information may be sought from the casino. Also, where Top Up prizes are advertised and which are linked to specific prizes, the qualification criteria must be met by the respective prize winner prior to the draw entry closing for that prize winner to be eligible for the corresponding Top Up prize.
  3. The Top 500 participants will be ranked on a leaderboard during the promotional period using their accumulated points earned over specified promotion’s period. The participants who ranked 1 to 3 on the leaderboard (“Top 3 Earners”) after the promotional period has terminated and rankings verified by management will be awarded prizes that correspond with their rankings as advertised through a prize reveal process.
  4. It is possible for malfunctions to occur in respect of the leaderboard or system used to calculate the points earned or delays may occur in the updating of ranking. The rankings displayed on the leaderboard are not final until such time that management has verified and confirmed the same. Any person who relies on the rankings prior to management confirming same does so at his/her own risk. The rankings will not be available a week prior to the to enable a mystery reveal of the Top 3 Earners.
  5. For the further cash draws, a pool will be formed by the remaining participants ranked on the leaderboard (“Top 497 Earners”). For the cash draw all participants, excluding the prize winners of the guaranteed, will form the pool of participants for the 499 qualifiers car prize.
  6. Prize winners for the above draws will be selected from the respective pools by way of random draws. Participants who are present for the draw must present themselves to the promotional jockey within 120 seconds of their names being drawn. The participant concerned must produce the corresponding printed or electronic ticket, personalised Sun MVG card and/or government issued identification document/card or passport to be eligible for the prize.
  7. Prize winners may only be drawn once for each draw and the corresponding prize will apply in that instance. If a participant is drawn more than once at a specific draw, the repeated draw(s) will be voided without compensation and a redraw will occur to identify another prize winner. The Top 3 ranking participants reflected on the leaderboard who will be eligible for the prizes that will be revealed to them, will be excluded from the remaining cash draws. In such instances where any of the Top 3 ranking participants are drawn for the remaining cash prizes, a re-draw will occur.
  8. If a participant is not present for the draw or does not present himself or herself within the specified time with the corresponding printed or electronic ticket, personalised Sun MVG card and/or identification document; or if he or she cannot be identified by the casino in the above manner within the 120 seconds concerned, a redraw will occur for another prize winner without any compensation.
  9. The respective dates and times for (i) the prize reveal for the Top 3 Earners, (ii) draws, (iii) points earning criteria to qualify for entries, and (iv) draw entry activation times will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition.
  10. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which entry is open. The opening and closing times for the entry to the draw(s) will be advertised through mediums used by the casino.
  11. In the event that the promotional competition provides prize winners the opportunity to risk their prize for a higher value prize or another prize altogether, the prize winner concerned will not be compensated for losing the prize he/she risked. In such instance, the prize concerned will be returned to the prize pool.
  12. The number of draw entries a participant may be eligible for may be communicated prior to the draw. In such instances the number of draw entries communicated is subject to variation. Variation may occur due to the difference in time between the data extraction and the time when draw entries are activated by the participant. In the event of bonus draw entries, which are awarded based on card tier, such entries are also subject to variation due to the timing of card tier regrades.
  13. Participants consent by virtue of their participation that their personal information, including but not limited to, their name, surname, and/or Sun MVG number, being announced or displayed by the casino.
  14. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must positively identify themselves by producing a government issued identification document when signing for receipt of their prizes. The Top 3 Earners must accept and sign for their prizes within 14 days of the prize reveal.
  15. All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
  16. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition will be disqualified.
  17. In the event of technical failure, malfunction or damage to the device used during the promotional competition for the selection of prizes and prize winners, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of Management.
  18. Every participant/proxy in the promotional competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  19. In the event that management makes any exception or deviation from these rules, including the permitting of proxies and draw entry requirements due to the unavailability of participants as a result of extenuating circumstances, it does not mean that the casino waives any of its rights including but not limited to enforcing these rules in future or similar circumstances that resulted in the exception or deviation concerned.
  20. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the full extent that is permissible by law.
  21. These rules are the official rules for this promotional competition and supersedes any other version. Copies of these rules are available at the Sun MVG Desk upon request and at suninternational.com.
  22. Management reserves the right to terminate this promotional competition without prior notice and without any compensation, or to enhance prizes or increase the number of prizes or vary other aspects of the promotional competition where such changes benefit the participants (excluding earning criteria).
