Mechanics

  • Players earn normal Tables MVG points while playing any Table Game.
  • Every Tables point earned contributes towards the promotional leaderboard.
  • There is no limit to the number of points that may be earned.
  • The Top 20 Tables Points Earners at the close of the promotional period will qualify for the live Baccarat Championship.
  • Leaderboards will display player ranking, MVG account number and total points earned.
  • Leaderboards will be updated daily throughout the promotion.
  • Final qualification positions will be confirmed by Management following verification of all earned points

Rules

  1. Each Player receives R5000 in tournament chips at the start of the heat
  2. R50 to R1000 on a number (min/max) will apply
  3. Players will be given 1 minute to place their bets (1 minute for all players to place bets, not per player); all bets will be placed prior to the dealer spinning the ball
  4. 5 spins only
  5. No call bets
  6. No even chances, columns or dozens
  7. A Chip count will be done after the 04th spin
  8. All the heats, semifinals and finals will consist of 5 spins
  9. Players must play each spin
  10. Any bet found to be over the max, will only be paid to the table limit
  11. No player shall be allowed to introduce additional tournaments chips at any stage of the tournament. Any introduction of additional chips will result in immediate disqualification
  12. Tournament chips must remain in the designated chip area on the table and in sight of other players at all times
  13. The coaching of participants will not be allowed and may result in disqualification at the discretion of the tournament director
  14. Participation must be in person and Players who are not present before the actual start will forfeit their seats
  15. Players play for themselves, monies will not be pooled or transferred to another player
  16. Players must be at least 18 years old to participate
  17. The top 2 chip leaders from each qualifying heat will advance to the semifinals
  18. If the players are still tied a “Spin off” will take place where the tied players will have one “Sudden Death Spin” to decide who proceeds to the semifinal.
  19. Similarly, players tied in the semifinals will have one “sudden death spin” to decide who proceeds to the finals.
  20. If the players are once again tied then they will continue with the “Sudden Death” spins until a winner is determined
  21. In the Finals, the player with the most value in tournament chips at the end of the 5 spins shall be declared the winner
