Mechanics
- Players earn normal Tables MVG points while playing any Table Game.
- Every Tables point earned contributes towards the promotional leaderboard.
- There is no limit to the number of points that may be earned.
- The Top 20 Tables Points Earners at the close of the promotional period will qualify for the live Baccarat Championship.
- Leaderboards will display player ranking, MVG account number and total points earned.
- Leaderboards will be updated daily throughout the promotion.
- Final qualification positions will be confirmed by Management following verification of all earned points

Rules
- Any person who is under 18 years, or who has been excluded, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in SIBAYA’S TABLES POINTS CHASE promotional competition (“promotional competition”).
- This promotional competition is exclusive to MVG members, and is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members. In addition, all persons who are precluded from participating in gambling activities as determined in the Sun International Employees, Suppliers, Service Providers and Concessionaires Gambling Policy may not participate in this promotional competition.
- Participants must earn Tables Points by playing on any Table (Prive, Smoking & Non-Smoking) from 26 October 2026 to 30 October 2026 for a chance to compete in Sibaya’s Tables Points Chase.
- Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
- Sibaya’s Tables Points Chase Tournament is a points chase (Top 20 Point Earners).
- A leaderboard will display the top 40 tables point earners, their positions, account numbers and running points earned.
- Their rankings will be calculated using their accumulated tables casino points earned during the qualifying period.
- The leaderboard will be updated daily.
- Participants may only occupy one position on the leaderboard
- At the end of the qualifying period, the Top 40 Tables Casino Points earners will be determined after the leaderboard has been fully updated and verified by management.
- The Top 20 tables point earners at the end of the qualifying period 26 October 2026 to 30 October 2026 will receive an invite to the Baccarrat Championship Finals.
- It is possible for malfunctions to occur in respect of the leaderboard or system used to calculate the Casino Points earned or delays may occur in the updating of the ranking. The rankings displayed on the leaderboard are not final until such time that management has verified and confirmed the same. Any person who relies on the rankings prior to management confirmation does so at his/her own risk.
- The top 20 tables point earners will be notified of their qualification on 31 October 2026.
- Qualifying participants will receive seat numbers via an independent random draw for each heat, semi-final, and final.
- There will be 4 heats qualifying heats consisting of 5 players each.
- Only the 20 invited qualifiers will be competing.
- There will be no cash/ buy-ins. All players will be playing in accordance with rules which are described above.
- Each participant will receive an equal amount of playing chips, R5 000.
- Each table will play a maximum of 6 hands.
- Top 2 highest scores from each heat and 2 highest scoring losers from the qualifying heats go through to the semifinals.
- Where applicable, the images of the prize(s) used in advertisements or displays may not necessarily be the actual prize(s), model(s) or specification(s) issued as prizes. The relevant information may be sought from the casino.
- The respective tournament times and dates, and points earning criteria to qualify for entry tickets will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition.
- Participants consent by virtue of their participation that their personal information, including but not limited to, their name, surname, and/or Sun MVG number, being announced or displayed by the casino.
- Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must positively identify themselves by producing a government issued identification document when signing for receipt of their prizes.
- All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition will be disqualified.
- In the event of technical failure, malfunction or damage to the device used during the promotional competition for the selection of prizes and prize winners, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of Management.
- Every participant in the promotional competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
- In the event that management makes any exception or deviation from these rules, it does not mean that the casino waives any of its rights including but not limited to enforcing these rules in future or similar circumstances that resulted in the exception or deviation concerned.
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the full extent that is permissible by law.
- These rules are the official rules for this promotional competition and supersedes any other version. Copies of these rules are available at the MVG Desk upon request or at suninternational.com.
- Management reserves the right to terminate this promotional competition without prior notice and without any compensation, or to enhance prizes or increase the number of prizes or vary other aspects of the promotional competition where such changes benefit the participants (excluding earning criteria).
