Rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
  1. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
  2. Participants must be actively playing slots or tables whilst using their Sun MVG cards;
  3. The promotion runs between 20h00 and 23h00 on Thursday, 15 August 2019 and Thursday, 22 August 2019 in the non-smokers’ and smokers’ casino (excluding Privé and Sun Lounges);
  4. Winners will be randomly selected via Power Winner Mysteries on Thursday, 15 August 2019 and Thursday, 25 August 2019 each winning R1 000 in Xtra Play;
  5. The total prize money on offer is R200 000 in Xtra Play over the promotional period, made up of R100 000 Xtra Play per day;
  6. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration;
  7. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised;
  8. Tables prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes;
  9. Slots prize winners will have their prizes downloaded directly on their card;
  10. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotion, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method may be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of such changes;
  11. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
  12. Participants do, however, have the option to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute;
  13. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  14. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  15. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
