Spring Sensation Pick a Flower Draw

Draw – Sun MVG members will receive a free ticket allocation as follows:

  • Silver Sun MVG member will receive one (1) ticket entry into the draws;
  • Gold Sun MVG member will receive two (2) ticket entries into the draws;
  • Platinum Sun MVG member will receive four (4) ticket entries into the draws;
  • Diamond Sun MVG member will receive six (6) ticket entries into the draws.

Once drawn, the prize winner will choose a flower on a Box. In the box the prize amount will be revealed.

Rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order or who is self-excluded or who falls into the category of excluded persons  is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;

This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
  2. Spring Sensation Power Winner Mystery
  3. The Spring Sensation Power Winner Mystery will take place on the gaming floor and include the Prive on Sunday, 1 September 2019 between 15h00 and 18h00;
  4. Forty (40) prize winners will be randomly selected by way of a power winner mysteries and each will receive R2 500 in cash;
  5. Qualifying participants must be actively playing slots and/or tables during the power winner mystery time period to be eligible;
  6. Total prize money for the power winner mystery is R100 000 in cash;
  7. Spring Sensation: Pick a Flower Draw
  8. The Spring Sensation Pick a Flower Draws will take place on Sunday, 1 September 2019 at 18:00 and 19:00;
  9. Qualification for the Pick a Flower Draw is a free ticket allocation based on card status;
  10. Free tickets to the draws on 1 September 2019 will be allocated as follows:
  11. Silver Sun MVG member will receive one (1) ticket entry into the draws;
  12. Gold Sun MVG member will receive two (2) ticket entries into the draws;
  13. Platinum Sun MVG member will receive four (4) ticket entries into the draws;
  14. Diamond Sun MVG member will receive six (6) ticket entries into the draws.
  15. Tickets can be collected from 12h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of the draws;
  16. Prize winners who are present will be given 120 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of their Sun MVG loyalty card and a valid picture identification (Passport, SA Bar-coded Identity Book or Card, SA Driver’s License).
  17. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 120 seconds, a redraw will take place;
  18. Prizes are not transferrable;
  19. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration
  20. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes;
  21. A total of R50 000 in cash will be given away;
  22. At 18:00 draw prize money of R25 000 consisting of R1 000, R2 000, R5 000, R7 000 and R10 000 respectively;
  23. At 19:00 00 draw prize money of R25 000 consisting of R1 000, R2 000, R5 000, R7 000 and R10 000 respectively;
  24. General
  25. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of such changes;
  26. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
  27. Participants do, however, have the option to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute;
  28. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  29. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  30. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
