Rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order or who is self-excluded or who falls into the category of excluded persons is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
  1. Participation is for Diamond and Platinum MVG members;
  2. Diamond and Platinum MVG members will receive one ticket into the draw;
  3. Diamond and Platinum MVGs can earn an additional ticket for every 100 casino points earned during the promotional period;
  4. High Roller Hits Draw takes place as follows:
    • Earning Period |06h45 on Wednesday, 1 June to 06h45 on Monday, 27 June 2022.
    • Draw | Thursday, 30 June 2022 | 21h00.
    • Ticket Issue | From 12h00 on Thursday, 30 June 2022.
  5. Ticket issue will close automatically 15 minutes prior to the start of the draw;
  6. Prize winners will be selected by way of a random selection through E-draw;
  7. Prize winners who are present will be given 180 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of their MVG loyalty card and a valid picture identification (Passport, SA Bar-coded Identity Book or Card, SA Driver’s License).
  8. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 180 seconds, a redraw will take place;
  9. The total prize value of this promotion is R250 000 in cash;
  10. This consists of three prizes of R150 000, R75 000 and R25 000 respectively;
  11. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes;
  12. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration;
  13. Prizes are not transferable;
  14. In the event of a technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotion, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method may be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of such changes;
  15. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
  16. Participants do, however, have the option to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute;
  17. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  18. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  19. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
