Rules
- No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
- Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order or who is self-excluded or who falls into the category of excluded persons is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
- This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
- MVG members must actively play slots or tables on the main gaming floor during the promotional period to be eligible;
- The
promotion runs on the following dates and times:
- Thursday| 7, 14, 21 and 28 April 2022| 20h00 to 22h00
- The total prize value is R400 000 in Xtra Play over the promotional period;
- The total prize value for each promotional day is R100 000 in Xtra Play;
- Each promotional day, twenty winners will be randomly selected via Power Winners, each winning R5 000 in Xtra Play;
- Tables prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes;
- Slots prize winners will have their prizes downloaded directly onto their cards;
- Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration;
- Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised;
- In the event of a technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotion, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method may be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of such changes;
- All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
- Participants do, however, have the option to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute;
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
- Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
