150 Super League Launch Mystery:

4. All Platinum and Diamond MVG members need to be actively playing slots or tables during the promotional period in order to qualify;
5. Eight prize winners will be randomly selected by way of EBS – Power Winners;

150 Super League Midway Mystery:

6. Only the top 150 points earners as at Monday, 21 October 2024 at 06h45 qualify to participate in this 150 Super League Midway Mystery;
7. Four prize winners will be randomly selected by way of EBS - Power Winners;
8. Qualifying participants must be actively playing slots or tables during the promotional time period to be eligible;

150 Super League Draw:

9. Qualification for the 150 Super League Draw, as well as eligibility for any of the prizes will be based upon the MVG casino points earned on slots or tables between the promotional period of 1 October 2024 at 06h45 and 1 December 2024 at 06h45;
10. Bonus points do not count towards the casino points earned during the promotional period;
11. Prize winners will be selected by way of a manual draw;
12. Only the top 150 casino points earners based on the above criteria will be considered;
13. In the event of a tie for the 150th position, the tied points earners will all be included, notwithstanding the fact that this will result in more than 150 finalists;
14. Only valid casino points will be considered in the tally. Gaming management will conduct audits of points earned during the promotional period and prior to the finalisation of the top 150. Points erroneously allocated will be rectified upon an audit of casino points earned;
15. Qualifiers will be contacted by VIP Services and informed of their status;
16. One ticket will be issued to each of the top 150 qualifiers and each ticket will be uniquely numbered and will contain the name and account number of the qualifier;
17. These tickets will only be issued on the night and should be placed in the draw bin upon registration. The draw bin will close 15 minutes prior to the draw;
18. Prize winners will be given 180 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of their MVG loyalty card and a valid picture identification (Passport, SA Bar-coded Identity Book or Card, SA Driver’s License);
19. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 180 seconds, a redraw will take place;
20. A participant who does not wish to be present at the draw may nominate a proxy for each respective draw to represent him/her at the draw by completing a proxy form prior to the draw subject to the terms and conditions set out in the proxy form. Only the participant who was selected as the winner (and not the proxy) will be entitled to the prize(s) subject to these rules. Proxies may only be nominated after participants have entered their tickets for a particular draw.
21. If a participant/proxy is not present for the draw or does not present himself or herself within the specified time with the corresponding printed or electronic ticket, personalised MVG card or identification document; or if he or she cannot be identified by the casino in the above manner within the 180 seconds concerned, a redraw will occur for another prize winner without any compensation.
22. The total prize value of this promotion is over R2 million, consisting of a car valued at R1.4 million and R800 000 in cash.
    • On Saturday, 28 September 2024, R200 000 in cash will be given away consisting of eight prizes of R25 000 each;
    • On 25 October 2024, R200 000 in cash will be given away consisting of four prizes of R50 000 each;
    • On 14 December 2024, a car valued at R1.4 million and R200 000 in cash (consisting of R20 000, R30 000, R40 000, R50 000 and R60 000 respectively) will be given away;
    • The top three casino points earners share a total of R200 000 in cash consisting of R100 000, R60 000 and R40 000 respectively;
23. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
24. In the event that the promotional competition provides prize winners the opportunity to risk their prize for a higher value prize or another prize altogether, the prize winner concerned will not be compensated for losing the prize he/she risked. In such instance, the prize concerned will be returned to the prize pool.
25. Where applicable, the images of the prize(s) used in advertisements or displays may not necessarily be the actual prize(s), model(s) or specification(s) issued as prizes. The relevant information may be sought from the casino.
26. Participants consent by virtue of their participation that their personal information, including but not limited to, their name, surname, and/or Sun MVG number, being announced or displayed by the casino.
27. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must positively identify themselves by producing a government issued identification document when signing for receipt of their prizes.
28. These rules are the official rules for this promotional competition and supersedes any other version. Copies of these rules are available at the MVG Office upon request and at suninternational.com.
29. Management reserves the right to terminate this promotional competition without prior notice and without any compensation, or to enhance prizes or increase the number of prizes or vary other aspects of the promotional competition where such changes benefit the participants (excluding earning criteria).
30. All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
31. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition will be disqualified.
32. In the event of technical failure, malfunction or damage to the device used during the promotional competition for the selection of prizes  and prize winners, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of Management, and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of such changes.
33. Every participant/proxy in the promotional competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
34. In the event that management makes any exception or deviation from these rules, it does not mean that the casino waives any of its rights including but not limited to enforcing these rules in future or similar circumstances that resulted in the exception or deviation concerned.
35. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the full extent that is permissible by law.
