Entry Criteria

  • Only Gold & Silver MVG’s that have downloaded and signed up to the Sun International App can take part in the promotion.
  • MVG’s must meet the following criteria:
    • Windmill is their MFV (most frequently visited) unit.
    • Opted in for Push notifications on the App.
  • Targeted MVG’s must sign up and download the App during the following promotional dates to qualify.
    • 1 – 26 January
    • 1 February – 23 February
    • 1March – 22 March 
  • Targeted MVG’s need to redeem their tickets on the App to be eligible for the draw.
  • Targeted MVG’s need to redeem the XtraPlay with their MVG card at any slot machine by meeting the wagering requirement.

Rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  1. MVG cardholders that qualify to receive this offer will be selected by way of specific predetermined criteria as stipulated in the offer.
  2. Tickets will be issued using the SI app functionality.
  3. Ticket issue will close 15mins prior to the start of the draws. 
  4. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration. 
  5. Tickets are valid on the respective draw date only. 
  6. No late entries will be accepted.
  7. Draws will be held at advertised times. 
  8. Guests can only win once per draw date & time.
  9.  Prize winners who are present will be given 120 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of a positive and acceptable form of identification i.e., Valid driver’s license, South African ID or valid passport.
  10. If the guest is not verified, a redraw will be done.
  11. All decisions are final and binding. However, correspondence or appeals can be referred to the Free State Gambling Board. 
  12. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
  13. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  14. All communication regarding this promotion constitutes part of the rules.
  15.  It is a specific condition of entry that the player agrees to be governed by these rules and any other decisions that the company officials may make.
  16. Any persons deviating from the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
