Thunee Tournament

4. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must positively identify themselves by producing a government issued identification document when signing for receipt of their prizes
5. In case of a system malfunction, management decision is final.
6. In the event of technical failure or damage to the devices used for this promotion, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the ECGB will be notified of any such change.
7. All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
8. Participants do, however, have the option to approach the ECGB in the event of a dispute.
9. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
10. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
11. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
12. Wild Coast Sun may add to the rules of this promotion in the interest of fairness to all participants, subject to approval by ECGB.
13. All communications regarding this promotion constitute part of the rules.
14. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, the conduct or results of the Competition, or any other matter relating to a Competition, the decision of Wild Coast Sun
15. Tournament will be held at the convention Centre on the 28th June 2025. Starting time 10h00.
16. Entry fee R200 per team of two players. Over 18s only.
    No refunds
17. Total prize money for the tournament is R30.000.
18. Pre entries will be accepted until the 27 June 2025.
19. Failure to play your allocated games on time will result in disqualification.

CONDUCT DURING THE TOURNAMENT

1. In the spirit of maintaining respect to everyone at the event and to the game of Thunee;
2. Absolutely no fighting, no use of vulgar language, no banging of tables will be allowed
3. No post-mortem of the games will be allowed during the games while in the auditorium.
4. No commentary or activity on the side lines that will interrupt or stop other teams from playing or favour any team will be allowed.
5. Alcohol and meals are NOT allowed in the players’ area.
6. These acts may result in an automatic expulsion from the event and those involved will be prohibited from entering any future events.
7. All players are urged to be respectful towards each other, be good sports and enjoy the tournament.
8. The judges reserve the right to change the rules before the start of the tournament should it be to the benefit of the event and the entrants.
