  • Golden Ticket qualifying draws take place every Wednesday and Friday at 18h00, 19h00, and 20h00, as well as on Car Draw days. On car draw days, only Golden Ticket entries will be given away.

  • 4 Points in the previous month per entry, capped at 100

Rules

  1. Any person who is under 18 years, or who has been excluded, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into any category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in the Golden Ticket Qualifying draws.
  2. This promotional competition is exclusive to Sun MVG members, and is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members. In addition, all persons who are precluded from participating in gambling activities as determined in the Sun International Employees, Suppliers, Service Providers and Concessionaires Gambling Policy may not participate in this promotional draw
  3. Participants have 3 ways of qualifying for the final car draw - 3 x Golden Ticket qualifying draws every Wednesday and Friday and 5 bonus draws on the day of the draw.  40 Golden Tickets to be won on Wednesdays and Fridays. Additional bonus tickets can be won on 29 November 2025 and 3 January 2026 at 17h00, 18h00, 19h00, 20h00 and 21h00.
  1. Points earning criteria – 4 points earned per qualifying draw entry, capped at 100
  2. Golden Ticket qualifying draw entries earning starts 1 month prior to the draws and can be printed 15 minutes prior to the draws. 
  3. Entries are valid for all Golden Ticket qualifying draws on the day, 18h00, 19h00 and 20h00
  4. Although participants may have multiple entries into the Tombola, A maximum of 2 seats per entry will be allowed at the final car draw.
  5. Prizes for each Golden Ticket qualifying draw include a Polo Vivo tombola draw entry, R500 winners' MVG Rewards in XtraPlay, based on the number of entries, capped at R500 and R250 meal voucher. On the Golden Ticket qualifying draws on 29 November 2025 and 3 January 2026, only Golden Ticket entries will be won.
  6. A Golden Ticket will be awarded each Wednesday to all entrants who have participated in one or both of the previous week's Golden Ticket qualifying draws, with a maximum number of entries. Participants will be notified via SMS to collect their Golden Entry. 
  7. Tombola will be emptied after each Polo Vivo car draw, whereafter ticket earning for the next car draw will start.  
  8. Promotional periods commence on 01 November 2025, and terminates on 3 January 2026, and guests earn entries for the Golden Ticket qualifying draw by playing slots or tables whilst using their Sun MVG cards in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sun MVG programme.
  9. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration. The number of valid entries are limited to 100 per qualifying draw.
  10. Where applicable, the images of the prize(s) used in advertisements or displays may not necessarily be the actual prize(s), model(s) or specification(s) issued as prizes. The relevant information may be sought from the casino.
  11. Prize winners for the qualifying draws will be selected by way of random draw. Participants who are present for the draw must present themselves to the promotional jockey within 120 seconds of their names being drawn. The participant concerned must produce the corresponding printed or electronic ticket, personalised MVG card or identification document to be eligible for the prize.
  12. Prize winners for the Polo Vivo 1.4 car draws on 29 November 2025 and 3 January 2026 will be selected by way of a manual draw.
  13. A participant who does not wish to be present at the draw may nominate a proxy for draw(s) held on a specific day to represent him/her at the draw by completing a proxy form at the casino, on the day of the draw , prior to the draw subject to the terms and conditions set out in the proxy form. Only the participant who was selected as the winner (and not the proxy) will be entitled to the prize(s) subject to these rules. Proxies may only be nominated after participants have entered their tickets for a particular draw.
  14. If a participant or their proxy is not present at the draw, or fails to present themselves within the specified time (120 seconds) with the required verification — such as the corresponding printed or electronic ticket, personalised MVG card, or valid identification document — or if they cannot be identified by the casino using these means within the allotted time, a redraw will be conducted to select an alternative prize winner. No compensation will be provided in such cases.
  15. The Proxy may now participate in all draws for a particular draw day, as opposed to the requirements for a proxy form to be signed for each draw within the same day.
  16. The Proxy is limited to represent only one participant on a particular draw day. This will prevent a single proxy acting on behalf of multiple participants on the same day draw.
  17. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which entry is open. The opening and closing times for the entry to the draw(s) will be advertised through mediums used by the casino.
  18. A proxy for a manual draw must be completed 5 hours before the draw takes place.
  19. The respective draw times and dates, and points earning criteria to qualify for entry tickets will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition.
  20. Participants consent by virtue of their participation that their personal information, including but not limited to, their name, surname, and/or Sun MVG number, being announced or displayed by the casino.
  21. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must positively identify themselves by producing a government issued identification document when signing for receipt of their prizes.
  22. All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
  23. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition will be disqualified.
  24. In the event of technical failure, malfunction or damage to the device used during the promotional competition for the selection of prizes and prize winners, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of Management.
  25. Every participant/proxy in the promotional competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  26. If management makes any exception or deviation from these rules, it does not mean that the casino waives any of its rights including but not limited to enforcing these rules in future or similar circumstances that resulted in the exception or deviation concerned.
  27. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the full extent that is permissible by law.
  28. These rules are the official rules for this promotional competition and supersedes any other version. Copies of these rules are available at the Sun MVG Desk upon request and at suninternational.com.
  29. Management reserves the right to terminate this promotional competition without prior notice and without any compensation, or to enhance prizes or increase the number of prizes or vary other aspects of the promotional competition where such changes benefit the participants (excluding earning criteria).
