Rules

- This draw is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, consultants, suppliers of Sun International.
- The draw is on Saturday, 25 April 2026, 21h00, Time Square Casino Stage area – it is a manual draw.
- Draw entries will be issued according to the below criteria
- Earn 2 gaming points per entry per day, capped at 2 draw entries per day.
- For every 2 gaming points earned on a gaming day, a voucher can be printed at the promo kiosk and exchanged for a draw entry ticket at the MVG desk on the same day.
- Promotion voucher for draw entry tickets are valid only on the day of points earning, and expires for the gaming day, at midnight.
- Draw entry tickets are capped at 2 per MVG member per day, and can’t be carried over to the next day
- Draw entry tickets cannot be reprinted – it is the responsibility of the draw entry ticket holder to keep the entry/s, and enter on 25 April 2026, from 18h00
- Points earning starts on 04 February and runs untill 25 April, 18h00.

- Selected SunBet Arena Show ticket holders until Friday, 10 April, 2026
- Winners of predetermined Slots or Tables jackpots / combinations, as determined and communicated by Management and staff, until Saturday, 25 April, prior to the draw
- The slots and tables jackpots and combinations will be determined by Management
- Slots and Table staff will share the criteria with guests on a daily basis
- Criteria will also be shared on the casino floor electronic screens
- Eligible MVG’s that meet a specified criteria, as determined by Management, with the promotional period, and until 25 April prior to the draw. This will be communicated by Time Square, via SMS, if and when required.
- The prize is Chery Tiggo and R50 000 in cash. 10 finalists are selected, 1 wins the car and 9 share the R50 000 cash.
- Participants must enter their draw entry ticket into the tombola on the 25th of April, 2026, between 18h00 and 20h45, ground floor stage area. Entries are only accepted on the day of the draw – from 18h00 to 20h45. No entries will be accepted prior to 25 April 2026, 6pm
- Multiple entries into the Tombola are allowed, but, a maximum of 2 seats per finalists in the final draw
- A participant who does not wish to be present at the draw may nominate a proxy for draw(s) held on a specific day to represent him/her at the draw by completing a proxy form at the casino, on the day of the draw , prior to the draw subject to the terms and conditions set out in the proxy form. Only the participant who was selected as the winner (and not the proxy) will be entitled to the prize(s) subject to these rules. Proxies may only be nominated after participants have entered their tickets for a particular draw.
- The Proxy may now participate in all draws for a particular draw day, as opposed to the requirements for a proxy form to be signed for each draw within the same day.
- The Proxy is limited to represent only one participant on a particular draw day. This will prevent a single proxy acting on behalf of multiple participants on the same day draw.
- If a participant or their proxy is not present at the draw, or fails to present themselves within the specified time (120 seconds) with the required verification — such as the corresponding printed or electronic ticket, personalised MVG card, or valid identification document — or if they cannot be identified by the casino using these means within the allotted time, a redraw will be conducted to select an alternative prize winner. No compensation will be provided in such cases.
- Proxy’s can take place on 25 April, 2026, from 18h00 when the Tombola opens for draw entries. Time Square’s approved Proxy process to be followed
- Participants must be present for the draw and present themselves to the promotional jockey within 120 seconds of their names being drawn. Finalists drawn must produce the corresponding printed ticket to be eligible for the prize/s.
- Participants consent by virtue of their participation that their personal information, including but not limited to, their name, surname, and/or Sun MVG number, being announced or displayed by the casino.
- Prize not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prize winners must positively identify themselves by producing a government issued identification document when signing for receipt of their prizes.
- All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition will be disqualified.
- Draw participants shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
- If management makes any exception or deviation from these rules, it does not mean that the casino waives any of its rights including but not limited to enforcing these rules in future or similar circumstances that resulted in the exception or deviation concerned.
- Management reserves the right to terminate this promotional competition without prior notice and without any compensation, or to enhance prizes or increase the number of prizes or vary other aspects of the promotional competition where such changes benefit the participants (excluding earning criteria).
