ENTRY MECHANICS
- Guests need to play Slots or Tables with their Sun City card to earn points for tickets into the cash draws.
- Points earning will commence on 01 June – 30 September
- This promotion will have points earning per promotion and not per draw.
- Guests will be required to earn points as follows

DRAW MECHANICS
Draws will take place every Wednesday of the month:
- July - 05; 12; 19 & 26
- August – 02; 09; 16; 23 & 30
- September – 06; 13; 20 & 27
Draws will take place on the following Saturdays:
- July – 01; 08; 15 & 22
- August – 05; 12 & 19
- September – 02; 09; 16 & 23
- Draws will be electronic.
- Draws will take place at promotional stage (Main Floor).
- Guests will need to swipe their cards at the Kiosk in order to activate their entries.
- Ticket printing will open at 08h30 and close at 19h45.
- Winners will be determined through electronic draws.
- 8 winners will be selected: 4 winners will be selected between Diamond and Platinum and 4 from Gold and silver
- A promotion’s manager/ Co-ordinator will draw tickets.
- The winners will be given 120 seconds to present themselves with positive identification (green bar coded SA ID, Driving License or Valid Passport), ticket receipt and Sun City card.
- Cash & FreePlay will be won as per below breakdown.
- A random draw device will be used to award prizes ( Device TBC)

Heritage day activation
25 September – Heritage Mysteries 11am – 14h00pm
- Guests will be randomly selected while actively playing slot machines or tables
- Slots players will be selected through a mystery engine
- Table’s players will be selected manually through a manual table draw.
- Upon getting to the table a mini draw for all active players will be done to determine ticket winner
- All selected guests will be issued with a ticket to the draw

Rules
- No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
- Any person who has been issued with a Banning order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
- This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
- Participants earn points by playing slots or tables whilst using MVG cards;
- Guests may earn as many points as they wish from 01 July- 30 September 2017
- Guest will be required to earn points per card tier to earn a ticket to Saturday and Wednesday Bonus draws
- There is no limit to the number of tickets they can earn.
- Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
- Prize Winners will be selected by way of a random draw. Draw times and dates; and points criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
- Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the entry bins are open. The opening and closing times for the entry bins will be advertised through mediums used within the casino.
- Prize winners who are present will be given 120 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and MVG card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.
- Should the prize winner not present themselves within 120 seconds, a re-draw will take place;
- Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
- All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
- Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
- In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
- Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
- The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
