4. Members must play Slots or Tables using their valid Sun MVG card during the promotional period to earn points.
5. Points will accumulate over the period from a minimum of 10 points for the first draw to a maximum of 100 points for the final car draw.
   1. February Cash Draw:  10 points – Gold and Silver, 20 points for Diamond and Platinum.
   2. March Cash Draw:  20 Points – Gold and Silver, 30 points for Diamond and Platinum.
   3. April Cash Draw: 30 points for Gold and Silver. 60 points for Diamond and Platinum.
   4. April Car Draw: 100 points for all Tiers.
6. Members will stop earning points 30 minutes before the draws, on the day and can start printing after each play session during the promotional period.
7. Entries cannot be purchased by cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
8. There will be 2 draws on 26 February and 26 March:
   1. Draw 1 = Diamond and Platinum: 5 winners.
   2. Draw 2 = Gold and Silver: 5 winners.
9. On 30 April, 2 cash draws plus the car draw will be held:
   1. Draw 1 = Diamond and Platinum: 5 winners.
   2. Draw 2 = Gold and Silver: 5 winners.
   3. Car draw = 1 winner.
10. Draw times, dates and points earning criteria to qualify for entry tickets will be advertised through mediums used for this promotional competition.
11. Draws will be electronically operated using a random draw device.
12. The participant must present a draw ticket and SA Identity document, SA Driver’s license or Passport unless their identity document is on record with the casino in which case, they may present their Sun MVG card. The casino will verify its records for an identity document – if no identity document is on record a re-draw will occur after the 120 seconds has expired.
13. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 120 seconds a re-draw will occur and the participant shall forfeit the prize.
14. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless it is a car. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
15. All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
16. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition will be disqualified.
17. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of Management.
18. Every participant in the promotional competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
19. The images of the prize vehicle(s) used in advertisements or displays may not necessarily be the actual prize(s) or model(s) or specification(s). The relevant information may be sought from the casino.
20. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the full extent that is permissible by law.

In light of gathering restrictions, draws will be held in the absence of qualifiers and the following draw mechanics will apply:

22. Ticket printing will be opened and run concurrently with the earning period.
23. Participants do not have to be present for the draw.
24. Winners will be contacted within 4 hours after the draw.
25. Winners will be given 21 days to their collect prize.
26. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
