Rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Banning order or who is self-excluded or who fall into category of excluded persons is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is exclusive to Sun MVG members, and is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  1. Participants earn points while playing Slots or Tables to qualify for entry tickets during the promotional period.
  2. Points will accumulate over the period from a minimum of 10 points for the first draw to a maximum of 50 points for the last/final car draw.
    1. October Cash Draw: 10 points from 29 September 2021 – 30 October 2021
    2. November Cash Draw:  20 Points from 29 September 2021 – 27 November 2021
    3. January Cash and Car Draw: 50 Points from 29 September 2021 – 29 January 2022
  3. For the December festive season activation, the cash draw will take place on 31 December 2021 and the qualifying criteria will be 20 points earned from 1 to 31 December 2021.
  4. Ticket printing will run concurrently with earning period.
  5. Ticket printing will end 30 minutes prior to each draw.
  6. Entries cannot be purchased by cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
  7. The number of valid entries is not limited.
  8. Draws will be activated on the last Saturday of the month during the promotional period excluding the December Festive Season draw, which will be activated on the last Friday of the month – 31 December 2021.
  9. There will be 2 draws per draw day:
    1. Draw 1 = Diamond and Platinum Members: 5 Winners
    2. Draw 2 = Gold and Silver: 5 Winners
  10. Prize winners will be selected by way of a random draw. Draw times, dates and points earning criteria to qualify for entry tickets as well as draw methodology will be advertised through various mediums used for this promotion.
  11. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  12. The images of the prize vehicle(s) used in advertisements or displays may not necessarily be the actual prize(s) or model(s) or specification(s). The relevant information may be sought from the casino.
  13. All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into. Any disputes may be logged with the NW Gaming Board.
  14. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  15. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of Management.
  16. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  17. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the full extent that is permissible by law.
  18. The images of the prize vehicle used in advertisements may not necessarily be the actual prize or model or specification. The relevant information may be sought from the casino.
