Booking information

  • Bookings are made via central reservations on 011 780 7878 using reference “SIBA01”.  (Central reservations operating hours: Monday – Friday from 08h00 to 18h00 and Saturday from 08h00 to 13h00, closed on Sundays and Public holidays).
  • Sun MVG cardholders to make a booking via central reservations and once you receive the booking reference, you will need to purchase the R 750 package from the Main floor Cash desk at Sibaya Casino and produce your booking reference/confirmation in order to purchase the R 750 package.
  • After payment you will receive your vouchers for the package.
  • Upon check in at Sibaya Lodge, please provide your booking confirmation and voucher as proof of payment.

Rules

  4. Guests purchasing this voucher must produce either a valid SA ID book/ valid RSA driver’s license /valid passport and a Sun MVG card at the Main Cash Desk.
  5. This offer is limited to one offer per SunMVG cardholder per day.
  6. This offer is only open to Sun MVGs.
  7. Sunsational accommodation offer excludes Weekends & Public Holidays.

  10. The voucher includes a 1-night stay at the lodge, Breakfast for 1 person, R100 in Xtra play and 2 drinks valued at R30 each.
  11. Drinks vouchers redeemable at the walk-up bars on the Main Casino floor only. 
  12. Drinks vouchers valued at R30 each, anything over this amount will be guest’s own cost.
  13. No change will be issued on the drinks voucher.
  14. Breakfast is served from 07h00 to 11h00 daily at the Lodge breakfast room.
  15. Sunsational Accommodation offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion, ie Sun MVG discounts.
  16. Only original accommodation vouchers will be accepted for securing this offer.
  17. Original accommodation vouchers must be presented at the Sibaya Lodge in order to secure booking. Note that the Lodge has its own terms and conditions which will apply in addition to the current terms and conditions.
  18. Guests who have purchased this voucher must produce either a valid SA ID book/ valid RSA driver’s license /valid passport and a Sun MVG card when checking in to the lodge.
  19. Lost vouchers will not be replaced or compensated.
  20. All offers are subject to availability.
  21. Any persons transgressing the rules of the Sunsational package will be disqualified.
  22. Every participant in this promotional offer shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  23. All payment methods are accepted (including leisure points).
  24. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
