Rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
  1. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
  2. Participants earn race points by playing slots or tables whilst using SunMVG cards;
  3. Race points earned will not be combined for promo entry.
  4. Race points must be accumulated separately on Slots & Tables
  5. R500 earns SunMVG members 1 race point
  6. A maximum of 5 individual entries can be entered per person per race on race day
  7. Earning period starts at 08h00 and ends 30 minutes before race on race-day;
  8. Horse selection will start after 14h00 on the race-day;
  9. Horse selection will close 15 minutes before the start of the race on the race-day
  10. All winnings will be paid out in XtraPlay directly to the account
  11. Tables players must inform the Inspector/Pit boss to close their gaming session prior to end of earning period
  12. Tables players must select horses on the Promotions Kiosks
  13. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
  14. Prize Winners will be selected by way of winning horses. Race times and dates; and points criteria to earn entries, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
  15. Participants must activate their entry into the race(s), on the day of the race(s) prior to the actual race(s) within the specified times.
  16. Participants must have their SunMVG cards in the slot machine to ensure payment is done on the card
  17. Winnings can only be collected on the race day before 23h59;
  18. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  19. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
  20. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  21. Whilst Sibaya Casino & Entertainment Kingdom ("Sibaya Casino") takes reasonable steps to ensure that draw entries are correct, the sole responsibility rests with participants to ensure the correct allocation of entries prior to any actual draw.
  22. It is possible for technical failures or system malfunctions to occur. In such instances Sibaya Casino, its management, employees or agents shall not accept any liability for any damages or claim whatsoever and howsoever arising from the afore going occurrences.
  23. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
  24. Every participant in the promotional competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  25. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
