Rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Banning order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners, or immediate family members;
  1. All Sun MVG members who have been active in the past 12 months and earned 1 casino point qualify for free entry into the draw which is to be held during the advertised time(s). 
  2. Qualifying Sun MVGs are limited to 18 free entries into the draw unless specified by management.
  3. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points, or through any other form of consideration.
  4. Participants can only win once per draw.
  5. Draw Prize Winners will be selected by way of a random electronic draw. Where applicable, draw times and dates; and points criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotional competition.
  6. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which the promotion executive terminals are open. The opening and closing times for the promotion executive terminals will be advertised through mediums used within the casino.
  7. This draw will be an ‘Attendance’ draw which will take place at Sibaya Casino.
  8. The MC will announce winners as they are drawn electronically.
  9. Winner's names, account numbers, and winning ticket numbers will be displayed on the CIS screens across the casino floor during each draw.
  10. The MC will announce and direct each winner to the ticket verification and prize collection area.
  11. Prize winners will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and Sun MVG card belonging to the winner; and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  12. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
  13. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  14. All decisions are final, and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  15. Only a South African ID, a valid Passport, or a valid RSA Driver’s License will be acknowledged as an acceptable form of identification at each draw.
  16. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition will be disqualified.
  17. Whilst Sibaya Casino & Entertainment Kingdom ("Sibaya Casino") takes reasonable steps to ensure that draw entries are correct, the sole responsibility rests with participants to ensure the correct allocation of entries prior to any actual draw.
  18. It is possible for technical failures or system malfunctions to occur. In such instances, Sibaya Casino, its management, employees, or agents shall not accept any liability for any damages or claim whatsoever and howsoever arising from the afore going occurrences.
  19. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
  20. Every participant in the promotional competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  21. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
