Thursday Bonus Play

1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;

2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;

3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;

4. All MVGs can earn ten (10) bonus points for every casino point on Thursdays, 7, 14, 21 and 28 June 2018 between 18h00 and 22h00;

5. All MVGs will receive one free ticket into their respective draw on 5 July 2018;

6. Draws will take place on Thursday, 5 July 2018 where a total of R100 000 in cash will be given away;

7. Entrance into draws is based on customer status and not highest card held;

8. The 20h00 draw is for Silver MVGs only and 4 x R2 500 will be given away;

9. The 20h30 draw is for Gold MVGs only and 4 x R5 000 will be given away;

10. The 21h00 draw is for Platinum MVGs only and 4 x R7 500 will be given away;

11.The 21h30 draw is for Diamond MVGs only and 4 x R10 000 will be given away;

12. Winners will be selected by way of random selection through electronic draw;

13. Tickets can be collected on Thursday, 5 July 2018 from 12h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of the draws;

14. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration;

15. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times;

16. Prize winners who are present will be given 120 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of their MVG loyalty card and a valid picture identification (valid passport, SA Bar-coded Identity Book or Card, SA Driver’s License);

17. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 120 seconds, a redraw will take place;

18. Prizes are not transferrable;

19. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes;

20. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of such changes;

21. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;

22. Participants do, however, have the option to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute;

23. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;

24. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;

25. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force
