  • Each participant will be given a numbered lanyard, one to eight, and will play the game in that order as selected via the Power Winner mechanism;
  • Participants have one chance to select a box and reveal a prize from the 8-box promotional game tool;
  • All 8 of the boxes contain either cash or prizes.

Rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;

  3. The total promotional prize value is up to R200 000 in cash and prizes;
  4. Weekly R25 000 in cash is allocated per game, namely R5 000x 5 respectively;
  5. Weekly R25 000 in prizes is allocated per game, prizes valued at R5 000, R8 000 and R12 000 respectively;
  6. Selection of the eight participants via EBS – Power Winners;
  7. Each of the eight participants (6 x slots and 2 x tables players) will have the opportunity to play Sunday Pick your Present!
  8. Each participant will be given a numbered lanyard, one to eight, and will play the game in that order as selected via the Power Winner mechanism;
  9. Participants have one chance to select a box and reveal a prize from the 8-box promotional game tool;
  10. All eight of the boxes contain cash or prizes;
  11. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes;
  12. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration;
  13. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised;
  14. In the event of a technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotion, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method may be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of such changes;
  15. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
  16. Participants do, however, have the option to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute;
  17. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  18. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  19. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
