Feeling Hot! Hot! Hot!

1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;

Hot Shots

4. Sun MVG members can earn one (1) free ticket per draw which allows entry into the draw at 13h00 on 2 to 6 December and 9 to 13 December 2019;
5. These tickets are available from the Rewards Center from 09h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of the draw;
6. Prize winners who are present will be given 120 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of their Sun MVG loyalty card and a valid picture identification (Passport, SA Bar-coded Identity Book or Card, SA Driver’s License);
7. Ten Sun MVG members will be selected via a draw to participate in the slots tournament;
8. The total amount of cash to be won per daily tournament sessions is R15 000 consisting of 10 prizes as indicated on the prize matrix below;
9. Credits earned during each tournament session will be ranked to determine the top credit earners;
10. Players' credits cannot be pooled or transferred to other players' credits;
11. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes;
12. Slot machines will be operated in tournament mode hence any winning combinations struck will not be paid out as casino winnings despite the fact that corresponding winning combinations may be displayed as such machines. If operated in standard mode during a tournament, no winning combinations will be paid out;
13. In the event of a tie, there will be a play off between the tied contestants as an additional tournament session;
14. In the event of a malfunction of a slot machine, the affected player will be given the opportunity to participate in an additional tournament session;
15. In the case of a tournament software malfunction, the entire session will be re-started;

Beat the Heat Mystery

16. The Beat the Heat Mystery is a power winner mystery and will take places on the gaming floor and include the Prive from 1 to 15 December 2019 between 16h00 and 22h00;
17. Sixty-five (65) prize winners will be randomly selected by way of power winner mysteries and each will receive R2 000 in Xtra play;
18. Qualifying participants must be actively playing slots or tables during the power winner mystery time period to be eligible;
19. Total daily prize money for the power winner mystery is R130 000 in Xtra play;
20. The grand total for the 15 days is R1 950 000 in Xtra play;

Big Bang Mystery

21. The Big Bang Mystery is a power winner mystery and will take place on the gaming floor and include the Prive from 7 to 8 December 2019 between 20h00 and 22h00;
22. Five (5) prize winners will be randomly selected by way of power winner mysteries per day and each will receive R20 000 in cash;
23. Qualifying participants must be actively playing slots or tables during the power winner mystery time period to be eligible;
24. Total daily prize money for the power winner mystery is R100 000 in cash;
25. The grand total for the two days is R200 000 in cash;

Sizzlin' Summer Car Draws

26. The Sizzlin’ Summer Car Draws will take place on 14 and 15 December at 20h00, 21h00 and 22h00;
27. Qualification for the Sizzlin’ Summer Car Draws are for Sun MVG members who have earned ten (10) points between 1 – 13 December will receive (1) ticket entry into the respective draws.
28. Participants are limited to a maximum of 50 ticket entries into the respective draws;
29. Tickets can be collected from 12h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of the draws;
30. Winners will be selected by way of random selection through electronic draw;
31. Prize winners who are present will be given 120 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of the Sun MVG loyalty card and a valid picture identification (Passport, SA Bar-coded Identity Book or Card, SA Driver’s License). Participants are limited to a maximum of 50 ticket entries into the weekly and finale draws;
32. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 120 seconds, a redraw will take place;
33. The total prize voucher value for the draws at 20h00 is R 25 000 consisting of R 1 000, R 3 000, R 5 000, R 7 000 and R 9 000 respectively;
34. The total prize voucher value for the draws at 21h00 is R 25 000 consisting of R 1 000, R 3 000, R 5 000, R 7 000 and R 9 000 respectively;
35. The 22h00 draw is for a Fiat 500 Twin Air Lounge Cabriolet valued at R255 000;
36. Prizes are not transferable;
37. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration;
38. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes;

General

39. A share of R2 900 000 in Cars, Cash, Xtra Play and prizes can be won during this promotion;
40. In the event of a technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method may be used at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of such changes;
41. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
42. Participants do, however, have the option to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute;
43. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
44. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
45. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
