Participating MVGs will stand a chance to win a share of R200 000 in cash and retail gift vouchers!

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

  • Sun MVG cardholders.
  • Silver MVGs will receive one ticket entry into the draws.
  • Gold MVGs will receive two tickets entry into the draws.
  • Platinum MVGs will receive three tickets entry into the draws.
  • Diamond MVGs will receive four tickets entry into the draws.

 

RULES

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
  4. All Silver MVGs will receive one (1) free ticket entry into the draws;
  5. All Gold MVGs will receive two (2) free tickets entry into the draws;
  6. All Platinum MVGs will receive three (3) free tickets entry into the draws;
  7. All Diamond MVGs will receive four (4) free tickets entry into the draws;
  8. The draw times are at 12h00, 20h30 and 21h30 for all qualifying MVGs on Tuesday, 31 October  2017;
  9. Winners will be selected by way of random selection through electronic draw;
  10. The prize money for the 12h00 draw is R50 000 in Cash and Retail Gift Vouchers consisting of 10 x R2 500 in Cash and 5 x R5 000 in Retail Gift Vouchers;
  11. The prize money for the draw at 20h30 is R75 000 in Cash with prizes consisting of  10 x R7 500;
  12. The prize money for the draw at 21h30 is R75 000 in Retail Gift Vouchers with prizes consisting of  10 x R7 500;
  13. The total prize  breakdown is R200 00 in Cash and Retail Gift Vouchers;
  14. Tickets can be collected on the draw day from 09h00 and 12h00 until 15 minutes prior to the start of the draws;
  15. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration;
  16. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times;
  17. Prize winners who are present will be given 120 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of their MVG loyalty card and a valid picture identification (valid passport, SA Bar-coded Identity Book or Card, SA Driver’s License);
  18. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 120 seconds, a redraw will take place;
  19. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised;
  20. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes;
  21. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for this promotional draw, irrespective of the cause for the technical failure or damage, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of any such changes;
  22. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
  23. Participants do, however, have the option to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute;
  24. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  25. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  26. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
