Mechanics

  • Sun MVG members need to earn 100 casino points for 1 ticket from 09h00 on Tuesday, 1 December 2020 to 18h00 on Friday, 26 March 2021 to qualify for the draws.
  • The draws will take place on Friday, 26 March 2021 between 19h00 – 21h00.
  • Draws will be done electronically through promotions executive.
  • Ticket issuing will open the Friday prior to the draw at 10h00
  • Ticket issuing will close 15 minutes prior to each draw.
  • Guests must print a verification stub for each individual draw (i.e. a separate verification stub for the 19h00, 20h00 and 21h00, draw.)
  • Guests must present themselves to the auditors with a valid picture identification (i.e. SA Identity Document, Passport or Driver’s Licence) within 2 minutes of their ticket number and name being announced.
  • If a guest is not present at a specific draw, a new ticket will be drawn electronically by promotions executive after the 2 minutes and the guest will forfeit his/her chance of winning.
  • A guest can win only once at a specific draw, but multiple times during the evening.
  • At the 21h00 draw, a guest in order of verification will get an opportunity to pick a briefcase. Five identical briefcases will be on display with the above-mentioned prizes inside.
  • Guests will receive the prize revealed inside their chosen briefcase.
  • The biggest prize will be the Renault Kwid Dynamique (Valued at R154 900).

Rules

  1. Sun MVG members need to earn 100 casino points for 1 ticket from 09h00 on Tuesday, 1 December 2020 to 18h00 on Friday, 26 March 2021 to qualify for the draws.
  2. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  1. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  2. Participants earn points by playing Slots and Tables whilst using MVG loyalty cards.
  3. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
  4. Prize winners will be selected by way of random electronic draw through Promotions Executive. Draw times and dates, and points criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
  5. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times.
  6. Ticket printing will close 15 minutes before the draw.
  7. Tickets are valid for the day of the draw only.
  8. Prize winners who are present will be given 120 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession valid positive and acceptable form of identification in terms of ID, driver’s license or passport.
  9. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 120 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
  10. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draws, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing board will be informed of any such changes.
  11. Prize is not transferrable or traversable. Prize winner must sign for receipt of prizes.
  12. All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into; Participants do however have the right to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing board in the event of a dispute.
  13. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  14. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  15. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
