Sun City Prize Draw Time

22h00 – 1 draw

1 x ticket from tombola for a trip to Sun City at the Palace for 2 people for 3 nights all-inclusive valued at R100,000 in cash.

3 Nights + Breakfast = R80,000

Flight for 2 and shuttle with spending money = R20,000 

Mechanics    

  • Draws will be done manually through Incenti5.
  • Guest will have to pick their winning prize from the promotional boxes marked 1 – 6 in the monthly Cash draws.
  • Once a numbered box has been selected in a particular draw it will be removed from selection for the proceeding draws.
  • 2 winners per draw in the cash draw dates.
  • 1 Vacation draw ticket will be drawn on the relevant vacation draw dates.
  • Ticket issuing will open on the day of each draw at 9am and close 15 minutes prior to the start of the first Cash draw.
  • Ticket issuing will open on the day of the draw at 9am and close 15 minutes prior to the start of the Vacation draw.
  • The Draw Bin will close 15 minutes prior to the start of the Cash and the Vacation draw.
  • Guests must print a verification stub/s for each individual draw and place them into the draw bin.
  • Guests must present themselves to the auditors with a valid picture identification (i.e. SA Identity Document, Passport or Driver’s Licence) within 2 minutes of their ticket number and name being announced.
  • If a guest is not present at a specific draw, a new ticket will be drawn manually from Draw Bins after the 2 minutes and the guest will forfeit his/her chance of winning.
  • A guest can win only once at a specific draw day and once at each of the Vacation draws.

Rules

  1. No person under 18 allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  1. Participants earn points by playing slots or tables whilst using MVG loyalty cards.
  2. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
  3. Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw. Draw times and dates, and points criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through advertising mediums used for this promotion.
  4. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times.
  5. Prize winners who are present will be given 120 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of positive and acceptable form of identification. (i.e. SA Identity Document, Passport or Driver’s Licence) within 2 minutes of their ticket number and name being announced.
  6. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 120 seconds, a re-draw will take place.
  7. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing board will be informed of any such changes.
  8. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  9. All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered; participants do however have the right to approach the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board in the event of a dispute.
  10. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  11. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  12. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
