Qualifying criteria

  • MVG’s who earn 1 point on Tables between Thursday’s and Wednesday’s will qualify for entry into the draw on Thursday’s.
  • E.g, All MVG members will receive 1 draw entry for the draw on 01 September; for 1 casino point earned on Tables at Flamingo Casino between Thursday 25 August to Wednesday 31 August when tables close.

How to enter

Once an MVG cardholder have earned 1 point on Tables between Thursday and Wednesday, MVG’s will need to swipe their card at the e-ticket kiosk on Thursday between 09h00 and 18h45 to receive their manual ticket. MVG’s would then have to insert the ticket in a tombola placed on the main gaming floor stage before 18h55 on the draw night to enter the draw.

 

Note: MVG’s need to be present at the draw with their positive pictured identification and verification stub to claim their prize.

Rules

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  1. MVG’s have to earn the specified number of points during the promotional period in order to qualify for entry.
  2. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration, unless otherwise advertised.
  3. Tables Non – Negotiable chips may not be wagered on side bets, nor outside chances
  4. 4Tickets are valid on the respective draw date only..
  5. Draw Mechanics:

    • Entries for the draw will be issued according to points earned on tables.

    • Guests will receive only 1 entry as per the criteria stipulated above for each respective draw date.

    • Guests must print a verification slip in order to be eligible for the draw.

    • All verification slips must be printed 15 minutes prior to each respective draw.

    • Winners NEED TO BE PRESENT at the draw in order to claim their prize.

    • Guests need to present themselves to the auditors within 90 seconds of their ticket number or name being displayed on the screen.

    • If a guest is not present at a specific draw, a new ticket will be drawn by the gaming respresentative after the 90 seconds and the guest will forfeit his/her chance of winning.

    • This will be a manual draw, meaning guest need to print their tickets at the e-ticket kiosk and place in the tombola on the stage.

    • The tombola is placed on the gaming floor (stage) from 09h00 on the day of the draw and sealed.

    • The tombola will be closed 5 minutes before the draw starts.

    • Five winners will be drawn on each promotional date.

    • Prizes will be awarded from smallest to largest in the order in which they are drawn.

  6. No late entries will be accepted.
  7. Prize winners who are present must present themselves to the compere and must be in possession of the winning verification stub and/or Club card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification within 90 seconds of their name being displayed on the screen
  8. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  9. All decisions are final and binding. However, correspondence or appeals can be referred to the Northern Cape Gambling Board.
  10. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
  11. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  12. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

  14. All communication regarding this promotion constitutes part of the rules.
  15. It is a specific condition of entry that the player agrees to be governed by these rules and any other decisions that the company officials may make.
