Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
MVGs have to earn the specified number of points during the promotional period in order to qualify for entry.
Tickets will be issued using the e-ticket system.
Ticket issue closes at 19h45 on the draw day.
Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
Guests must place their tickets into the tombola. The tombola closes 5mins before the draw.
Tickets are valid on the respective draw date only.
No late entries will be accepted.
The tombola will be placed on the gaming floor at 08h00 on the draw day.
Draw will be held at 20h00. At draw time, the tombola will be unsealed and the Marketing rep will conduct the draw
The Marketing rep will draw the ticket and hand it to the Slots rep who will input the ticket number into the system.
The guest’s details will then appear on the plasma display or announced by compere.
The compere will start the 90 second countdown.
Prize winners who are present must present themselves to the compere and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and/or Club card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification.
Once the guest has presented themselves to the compere, the Slots rep must press “pause timer” on the system.
If the verification process is successful, the Slots rep will then press “confirmed” on the system.
In the event that the guest is not present at the draw, the Slots rep will have to press “not confirmed” on the system and the guest will be excluded from the rest of the draw.
The Marketing rep will then proceed to draw the next ticket.
If the guest’s ticket is not verified or a guest misses the 90 second period, the Slots rep will have to press “not confirmed” on the system.
The system will then start the redraw process automatically.
As the winners are revealed, they will be awarded with their prizes accordingly.
Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
All decisions are final and binding. However, correspondence or appeals can be referred to the Northern Cape Gambling Board.
In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
In the event of a ticket being damaged/destroyed in any way, the ticket will be made null and void.
Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
