Virtual Easter Egg Hunt – Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility:

    The Virtual Easter Egg Hunt Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

    Participants must have a valid email address and access to the internet.

    Employees of Sun International, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  2. Promotion Period:

    The Promotion runs from 11 March 2025 to 26 March 2025, inclusive. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

  1. How to Participate:

    Participants must visit and follow the instructions to find virtual Easter eggs hidden across the platform.

    Each Easter egg provides a discount for reservations made between 11 March and 26 March 2025 (inclusive) for stays between 28 March and 4 May 2025 (inclusive).

    All confirmed reservations are automatically entered into a prize draw at the selected hotel.

    Entries close on 26 March 2025 and the draw will take place on 27 March. Winners will be notified of their prize via email.

  2. Prizes:

    Prizes may include gift vouchers, meal vouchers, spa vouchers, Easter hampers, upgraded room and activity vouchers.

    Winners will be selected randomly or based on specific criteria as stated in the Promotion details.

    Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards.

  3. Winner Selection & Notification:

    Winners will be selected and announced on 27 March 2025.

    Winners will be notified via email prior to their arrival at their selected hotel.

  4. General Terms:

    By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and any decisions made by Sun International, which are final and binding.

    Sun International reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

    Any fraudulent activity or unfair participation methods will result in immediate disqualification.

  5. Liability & Disclaimer:

    Sun International is not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or any issues beyond its reasonable control.

    Participants enter at their own risk, and Sun International shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation.

  6. Privacy & Data Protection:

    Personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and in accordance with Sun International’s privacy policy.

    By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
