Play for Two

• Where applicable, the images of the prize(s) used in advertisements or displays may not necessarily be the actual prize(s), model(s) or specification(s) issued as prizes. The relevant information may be sought from the casino.
• Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw or the selection of a promotional prop. Participants who are present for the draw must present themselves to the promotional jockey within 120 seconds of their name/ticket number being drawn. The participant concerned must produce the corresponding printed or electronic ticket and government issued identification document/card or passport to be eligible for the prize.
• A participant who does not wish to be present at the draw may nominate a proxy for draw(s) held on a specific day to represent him/her at the draw by completing a proxy form at the casino prior to the draw subject to the terms and conditions set out in the proxy form. Only the participant who was selected as the winner (and not the proxy) will be entitled to the prize(s) subject to these rules.
• The participant agrees that the proxy is only permitted to represent him/her at draws on a specific date. Where a proxy is representing multiple participants on the same draw date, the corresponding participants will be disqualified. Where prizes were issued to a proxy that was representing multiple participants as aforesaid, the corresponding participant agrees to return the prize(s) to the casino without compensation.
• If a participant/proxy is not present for the draw or does not present himself or herself within the specified time with the corresponding printed or electronic ticket and identification document within the 120 seconds concerned, a redraw will occur for another prize winner without any compensation.
• The respective prizes, times and dates, and entry criteria to qualify for draw tickets will be advertised through advertising mediums used for the promotional competition or communicated via SMS.
• Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) during the promotional period at the casino prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which entry is open. The opening and closing times for the entry to the draw(s) at the casino will be advertised through mediums used by the casino or communicated via SMS.
• In the event that the promotional competition provides prize winners the opportunity to risk their prize for a higher or lower value prize or another prize altogether, the prize winner concerned will not be compensated for losing the prize which he/she risked or any part thereof.
• The number of draw entries a participant may be eligible for may be communicated prior to the draw. In such instances the number of draw entries communicated is subject to variation. Variation may occur due to the difference in time between the data extraction and the time when draw entries are activated by the participant. In the event of bonus draw entries, which are awarded based on card tier, such entries are also subject to variation due to the timing of card tier regrades. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that all of their applicable entries are reflected on their kiosk slips or Sun App (if applicable) prior to the draw. Queries must be put to management prior to the commencement of the draw, failing which the number of entries as reflected in the draw will be applied without any recourse.
• Participants consent by virtue of their participation that their personal information, including but not limited to, their name, surname, and/or Sun MVG number, being announced or displayed by the casino.
• Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must positively identify themselves by producing a government issued identification document when signing for receipt of their prizes.
• Prizes in respect of hotel accommodation excludes any travel costs, taxes or expenses incurred by the prize winner(s) during their stay. Accommodation is subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the hotel concerned and excludes peak periods. Bookings must be made through Boardwalk Casino.
• All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
• Any person transgressing the rules of this promotional competition will be disqualified.
• In the event of technical failure, malfunction or damage to the device used during the promotional competition for the selection of prizes and prize winners, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of management.
• Participants further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the casino company, its owners, directors, employees, and agents in the event of any malfunction or technical failure, or in respect of any act or omission including, but not limited to negligence, on the part of any of the afore-going persons which may cause harm or damage in any form to any participant. In such instances, the participant concerned also agrees to waive any right he/she that may have existed in terms of the promotional competition, and that he/she exempts and releases all of the afore-going persons from any and all liability, claims, actions, demands, choices in action and damages which they now or may have at any time in the future.
• Every participant/proxy in the promotional competition shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
• In the event that management makes any exception or deviation from these rules, it does not mean that the casino waives any of its rights including but not limited to enforcing these rules in future or similar circumstances that resulted in the exception or deviation concerned.
• The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the full extent that is permissible by law.
• These rules are the official rules for this promotional competition and supersedes any other version. Copies of these rules are available at the Sun MVG Desk upon request and at suninternational.com.
• Management reserves the right to terminate the promotional competition without prior notification and without any compensation, or to enhance prizes or increase the number of prizes or vary other aspects of the promotional competition where such changes are fair to or benefits the participants (excluding earning criteria).

TOMBOLA DRAWS

• Tombola Draws are only open to MVG members who have spent a minimum of R250 on a single purchase at Boardwalk Mall, Camelot Spa and/or Boardwalk Hotel and Casino OR earned 5 casino points from Sunday to Wednesday, before the draw.
• Non-MVG members must sign up to the MVG programme to be eligible to participate.
• Only valid shopping receipts will be exchanged for draw tickets once the sign up is concluded. No re-printed, duplicates or copies will be permitted, and no split bills will be accepted.
• Participants earn points to qualify for entry tickets during the promotional period which commences at 08h00 on 7 September 2025 and terminates at 23h59 on 5 November 2025 by playing slots or tables whilst using their Sun MVG cards in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sun MVG programme.
• The number of valid entries acquired by way of casino points are limited to 2 per draw and entries by way of transactions conducted on property are not limited.
• The tombola will be emptied after each draw. 

FINAL DRAW

• The Final Draw is only open to MVG members who have earned 3 casino points during the promotional period.
• Participants earn points to qualify for entry tickets during the promotional period which commences at 08h00 on 1 September and terminates at 23h59 on 20 November 2025 by playing slots or tables whilst using their Sun MVG cards in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Sun MVG programme.
• The number of valid entries is limited to 50 per participant.
