Golden Ticket Power Winners

4. Where applicable, the images of the prize(s) used in advertisements or displays may not necessarily be the actual prize(s), model(s) or specification(s) issued as prizes. The relevant information may be sought from the casino.
5. The respective prizes, times and dates, and points earning criteria to qualify for entry will be advertised through advertising mediums used for the Promotional Activities or communicated via SMS.
6. Participants consent by virtue of their participation that their personal information, including but not limited to, their name, surname, and/or Sun MVG number, being announced or displayed by the casino.
7. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must positively identify themselves by producing a government issued identification document when signing for receipt of their prizes.
8. All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
9. Any person transgressing the rules of this Promotional Activities will be disqualified.
10. In the event of technical failure, malfunction or damage to the device used during the promotional competition for the selection of prizes and prize winners, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of management.
11. Every participant in the Promotional Activities shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
12. In the event that management makes any exception or deviation from these rules, it does not mean that the casino waives any of its rights including but not limited to enforcing these rules in future or similar circumstances that resulted in the exception or deviation concerned.
13. Participants further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the casino company, its owners, directors, employees, and agents in the event of any malfunction or technical failure, or in respect of any act or omission including, but not limited to negligence, on the part of any of the afore-going persons which may cause harm or damage in any form to any participant. In such instances, the participant concerned also agrees to waive any right he/she that may have existed in terms of the Promotional Activities, and that he/she exempts and releases all of the afore-going persons from any and all liability, claims, actions, demands, choices in action and damages which they now or may have at any time in the future.
14. The clauses herein are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the full extent that is permissible by law.
15. These rules are the official rules for the Promotional Activities and supersedes any other version. Copies of these rules are available at the Sun MVG Desk upon request and at suninternational.com.
16. Management reserves the right to terminate Promotional Activities without prior notification and without any compensation, or to enhance prizes or increase the number of prizes or vary other aspects of the Promotional Activities where such changes are fair to or benefits the participants (excluding earning criteria).
17. Participants will be selected by a random draw through the gaming system “EBS” whilst actively playing slots or tables and achieving the predetermined threshold. Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw or their selection of promotional props after being verified by the promotional team.
18. Participants must produce positive identification in the form of a government issued identification document/card or passport to be verified following their selection through the EBS and prior to proceeding to selecting a random unmarked promotional prop. Where the afore-going participant does not produce the identification concerned, he/she will forfeit the opportunity to select a promotional prop, and another random selection will be conducted. 
19. Participants will be selected by a random draw through the gaming system “EBS” whilst actively playing slots or tables and achieving the predetermined threshold. Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw or their selection of promotional props after being verified by the promotional team.
20. Participants must produce positive identification in the form of a government issued identification document/card or passport to be verified following their selection through the EBS and prior to proceeding to selecting a random unmarked promotional prop. Where the afore-going participant does not produce the identification concerned, he/she will forfeit the opportunity to select a promotional prop, and another random selection will be conducted.  

GOLDEN TICKETS

21. Golden Ticket Finalists will be selected by way of being random winners in participating promotions, as advertised, during the promotional period which commences on 1 April 2025 until 28 June 2025.
22. Only 750 Golden Ticket mementos will be issued throughout the promotional period. Mementos will be numbered.
23. Once the random winners in the participating promotions have been verified, the promotions representative will record his/her name and signature next to the relevant Golden Ticket memento number in a verification book. The promotions representative and the Finalist will sign. The memento will be handed to the Finalist.
24. The Golden Ticket memento must be exchanged for a Final Draw ticket on 28 June during the open and close times as communicated via SMS. 
25. In the event that a Golden Ticket memento is lost. The promotions representative will trace the respective number in the verification book and issue the relevant draw ticket.
26. Finalists may hold multiple Golden Tickets but can only win once in the Final draw.
27. Participants must activate their entry(ies) into the draw on the day of the draw prior to the actual draw within the specified times during which entry is open. The opening and closing times for entry to the draw will be advertised through mediums used by the casino.
