Luxe Pursuit Final Draws

4. Entries to the draws and leaderboard points cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
5. Where applicable, the images of the prize(s) used in advertisements or displays may not necessarily be the actual prize(s), model(s) or specification(s) issued as prizes. The relevant information may be sought from the casino.
6. Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw or their selection of a promotional prop.
7. Each prize winner will receive a Golden Ticket for entry into the semi-final draw on 27 June 2026.
8. Participants may only win once throughout all Last Chance Draws.
9. Participants who are present for the respective draws must present themselves to the promotional jockey within 120 seconds of their names being drawn. The participant concerned must produce the corresponding printed or electronic ticket and government issued identification document/card or passport to be eligible for the prize. If the participant concerned is not in possession of his/her identification document, a redraw will occur without any compensation.
10. Proxies will not be permitted for the Promotional Activities.
11. The respective prizes, times and dates, and points earning criteria to qualify for entry tickets will be advertised through advertising mediums used for the Promotional Activities or communicated via SMS.
12. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) on the day of the draw(s) at the casino prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which entry is open. The opening and closing times for the entry to the draw(s) at the casino will be advertised through mediums used by the casino or communicated via SMS.
13. In the event that the Promotional Activities provides prize winners the opportunity to risk their prize for a higher value or another prize altogether, the prize winner concerned will not be compensated for losing the prize he/she risked.
14. The number of draw entries a participant may be eligible for may be communicated prior to the draw. In such instances the number of draw entries communicated is subject to variation. Variation may occur due to the difference in time between the data extraction and the time when draw entries are activated by the participant. In the event of bonus draw entries which are awarded based on card tier, such entries are also subject to variation due to the timing of card tier regrades. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that all their applicable entries are reflected on their kiosk slips or Sun App (if applicable) prior to the draw. Queries must be put to management prior to the commencement of the draw, failing which the number of entries as reflected in the draw will be applied without any recourse.
15. Participants consent by virtue of their participation that their personal information, including but not limited to, their name, surname, and/or Sun MVG number, being announced or displayed by the casino.
16. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must positively identify themselves by producing a government issued identification document when signing for receipt of their prizes.
17. All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
18. Any person transgressing the rules of this Promotional Activities will be disqualified.
19. In the event of technical failure, malfunction or damage to the device used during the promotional competition for the selection of prizes and prize winners, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of management.
20. Every participant in the Promotional Activities shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
21. In the event that management makes any exception or deviation from these rules, it does not mean that the casino waives any of its rights including but not limited to enforcing these rules in future or similar circumstances that resulted in the exception or deviation concerned.
22. Participants further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the casino company, its owners, directors, employees, and agents in the event of any malfunction or technical failure, or in respect of any act or omission including, but not limited to negligence, on the part of any of the afore-going persons which may cause harm or damage in any form to any participant. In such instances, the participant concerned also agrees to waive any right he/she that may have existed in terms of the Promotional Activities, and that he/she exempts and releases all of the afore-going persons from any and all liability, claims, actions, demands, choices in action and damages which they now or may have at any time in the future.
23. The clauses herein are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the full extent that is permissible by law.
24. These rules are the official rules for the Promotional Activities and supersedes any other version. Copies of these rules are available at the Sun MVG Desk upon request and at suninternational.com.
25. Management reserves the right to terminate Promotional Activities without prior notification and without any compensation, or to enhance prizes or increase the number of prizes or vary other aspects of the Promotional Activities where such changes are fair to or benefits the participants (excluding earning criteria).

LEADERBOARD QUALIFIERS

1. The Top 50 Tables and Top 50 Slots points earners will be ranked on a leaderboard for each promotional month i.e. April, May & June, using their accumulated points over that period as advertised or communicated via SMS, WhatsApp or telephone call.
2. Only the Top 25 qualifiers on the above will receive a Golden Ticket for entry into the semi-final draw on 27 June 2026.
3. Qualifiers may receive Golden Tickets for being on both leaderboards.
4. A separate leaderboard will display the ranking of the overall Top 50 Slots and Top 50 Tables point earners for the promotional period from 3 April until 25 June, using their accumulated points over that period.
5. Only the overall Top 2 Slots and 2 Tables point earners will gain automatic entry into the finalist draw for the car prize as advertised.
6. It is possible for malfunctions to occur in respect of the leaderboard or system used to calculate the points earned or delays may occur in the updating of the ranking. The rankings displayed on the leaderboard are not final until such time that management has verified and confirmed the same. Any person who relies on the rankings prior to management confirming same does so at his/her own risk.

FINAL CAR DRAW

1. 110 Golden Tickets will be issued throughout the promotional period by way of participation in selected afore-going promotions. The 150 Additional tickets will be issued as per casino points criteria.
2. Once the random winners in the participating promotions have been verified, the promotions representative will record his/her name on the Golden Ticket and in a verification book. The Golden Ticket will be placed into the tombola for the final draw on 27 June 2026. The winner will sign the verification book.
3. 3.       Participants who ranked first and second on the overall leaderboards (“Top 4 earners”) after the promotional period has terminated and rankings verified by management will gain automatic entry into the finalist draw for the car prize as advertised.
4. Once the Top 4 earners are called to the promotional area, they will be verified.
5. A pool will be formed by the remaining participants who were awarded Golden Tickets by way of being random winners in the afore-going participating promotions, as advertised, as well as by earning the required casino points during the promotional period which commences on 3 April 2026 until 27 June 2026.
6. Semi-finalists may hold multiple Golden Tickets but can only win once in the Final draw.
7. 6 semi-finalists will be selected via manual draw in which there will be 4 cash prizes and 2 “remain on stage” identified.
8. The two remain on stage will join the Top 4 points earners.
9. The 6 car draw finalists will be called to the promotional area in the order of their ranking, starting with the Top 4 earners. They will each be issued with a promotional prop and will have to reveal their prize to determine the winner of the car prize. They will either be positioned by their prop in the above order or will be allowed to choose their prop.
10.  All prize winners must produce a government issued identification document/card or passport to be eligible for a prize.
