Golden Chase Month End Draws

4. Where applicable, the images of the prize(s) used in advertisements or displays may not necessarily be the actual prize(s), model(s) or specification(s) issued as prizes. The relevant information may be sought from the casino.
5. Prize winners will be selected by way of random draw or their selection of a promotional prop.
6.  Participants who are present for the respective cash/finalist draws must present themselves to the promotional jockey within 120 seconds of their names being drawn. The participant concerned must produce the corresponding printed or electronic ticket and government issued identification document/card or passport to be eligible for the prize. If the participant concerned is not in possession of his/her identification document, a redraw will occur without any compensation.
7. A participant who does not wish to be present at the draw(s) must opt-out of being present for each respective draw and may furthermore nominate a proxy for draw(s) held on a specific day to represent him/her at the draw by completing a proxy form at the casino prior to the draw subject to the terms and conditions set out in the proxy form. Only the participant who was selected as the winner/finalist (and not the proxy) will be entitled to the prize(s) subject to these rules. Proxies may only be nominated after participants have entered their tickets for a particular draw.
8. The participant agrees that the proxy is only permitted to represent him/her at draws on a specific date. Where a proxy is representing multiple participants on the same draw date, the corresponding participants will be disqualified. Where prizes were issued to a proxy that was representing multiple participants as aforesaid, the corresponding participant agrees to return the prize(s) to the casino without compensation.
9. If a participant/proxy is not present for the draw or does not present him/herself with the corresponding printed or electronic ticket and identification document within the 120 seconds concerned, a redraw will occur for another prize winner without any compensation.
10. The respective prizes, times and dates, and points earning criteria to qualify for entry tickets will be advertised through advertising mediums used for the Promotional Activities or communicated via SMS.
11. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s) on the day of the draw(s) at the casino prior to the actual draw(s) within the specified times during which entry is open. The opening and closing times for the entry to the draw(s) at the casino will be advertised through mediums used by the casino or communicated via SMS.
12. The number of draw entries a participant may be eligible for may be communicated prior to the draw. In such instances the number of draw entries communicated is subject to variation. Variation may occur due to the difference in time between the data extraction and the time when draw entries are activated by the participant. In the event of bonus draw entries which are awarded based on card tier, such entries are also subject to variation due to the timing of card tier regrades. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that all their applicable entries are reflected on their kiosk slips or Sun App (if applicable) prior to the draw. Queries must be put to management prior to the commencement of the draw, failing which the number of entries as reflected in the draw will be applied without any recourse.
13. Participants consent by virtue of their participation that their personal information, including but not limited to, their name, surname, and/or Sun MVG number, being announced or displayed by the casino.
14. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must positively identify themselves by producing a government issued identification document when signing for receipt of their prizes.
15. All decisions are final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
16. Any person transgressing the rules of this Promotional Activities will be disqualified.
17. In the event of technical failure, malfunction or damage to the device used during the promotional competition for the selection of prizes and prize winners, irrespective of the cause thereof, another suitable device or method will be used at the sole discretion of management.
18. Every participant/proxy in the Promotional Activities shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
19. In the event that management makes any exception or deviation from these rules, it does not mean that the casino waives any of its rights including but not limited to enforcing these rules in future or similar circumstances that resulted in the exception or deviation concerned.
20. Participants further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the casino company, its owners, directors, employees, and agents in the event of any malfunction or technical failure, or in respect of any act or omission including, but not limited to negligence, on the part of any of the afore-going persons which may cause harm or damage in any form to any participant. In such instances, the participant concerned also agrees to waive any right he/she that may have existed in terms of the Promotional Activities, and that he/she exempts and releases all of the afore-going persons from any and all liability, claims, actions, demands, choices in action and damages which they now or may have at any time in the future.
21. The clauses herein are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found not to be enforceable by law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force to the full extent that is permissible by law.
22. These rules are the official rules for the Promotional Activities and supersedes any other version. Copies of these rules are available at the Sun MVG Desk upon request and at suninternational.com.
23. Management reserves the right to terminate Promotional Activities without prior notification and without any compensation, or to enhance prizes or increase the number of prizes or vary other aspects of the Promotional Activities where such changes are fair to or benefits the participants (excluding earning criteria).

GOLDEN TICKETS

24. Golden Ticket Finalists will be selected by way of being random winners in participating promotions, as advertised, during the promotional period which commences on 1 April 2025 until 28 June 2025.
25. Only 750 Golden Ticket mementos will be issued throughout the promotional period. Mementos will be numbered.
26. Once the random winners in the participating promotions have been verified, the promotions representative will record his/her name and signature next to the relevant Golden Ticket memento number in a verification book. The promotions representative and the Finalist will sign. The memento will be handed to the Finalist.
27. The Golden Ticket memento must be exchanged for a Final Draw ticket on 28 June during the open and close times as communicated via SMS. 
28. In the event that a Golden Ticket memento is lost. The promotions representative will trace the respective number in the verification book and issue the relevant draw ticket.
29. Finalists may hold multiple Golden Tickets but can only win once in the Final draw.
30. Participants must activate their entry(ies) into the draw on the day of the draw prior to the actual draw within the specified times during which entry is open. The opening and closing times for entry to the draw will be advertised through mediums used by the casino.
