Rules:

  1. Silence must be observed, while the game is in session.
  2. All cell phones are to be switched off while the game is in session.
  3. A player winning any Bingo combination must present their valid MVG card, ID Book or Driver’s License to be eligible for payout.
  1. Seats are reserved for players only and subject to availability.
  2. Players may not keep seats for each other, seats are available on a first come, first served basis.
  3. Entry into the Bingo Venue will only be permitted on presentation of a valid swipe ticket and a matching MVG card
  4. Only the card holder specified on the MVG card may book a seat. Players may not book a seat using another player’s MVG card.
  5. In the interest of fairness, players will gain entry into the venue in order of their swipe ticket number.
  6. Players who do not follow the correct sequential order will be requested to move to the end of the queue.
  7. Reserved seat tickets issued by Security must be utilized by each player in order to book their respective seat.
  8. Wristbands will be issued to players at Cash Desk after swiping for their tickets.
  9. Every Bingo player at the time and during Bingo session must have their wristbands on.
  10. Re-entry into the Bingo venue will only be permitted to players that have wristbands on.
  11. No one is allowed to leave the Bingo venue after the 12th game with the wristbands.
  12. The ONUS is on the player to shout a clear, loud "BINGO", in order to stop the game.
  13. No late claims of "Bingo" will be accepted or entertained.
  14. “Late" is classified as after the Caller has moved on to the next number or after a Bingo win is verified and confirmed.
  15. All other claims will be deemed invalid and Management’s decision is final.
  16. A Bingo claim called on an incorrect ticket will be deemed invalid.
  17. There may be more than one Progressive/Line or Full House winner per game. The prize money will be divided accordingly.
  18. Players need to have marked off all five numbers across in any row in order to claim a line Bingo and all fifteen numbers in any one of the three blocks to claim a full house.
  19. Progressive Bingo will only be paid out at the end of the 12th session. A progressive Jackpot is if a line Bingo is won within the first seven numbers drawn.
  20. All Prize money will be paid at the end of the twelve session
  21. The Boardwalk will not be held liable due to supplier’s negligence, with regards to duplicate winning ticket numbers. The total win amount will be evenly divided according to the number of "Bingo claims".
  22. Progressive Bingo, mechanics, prize money and method of payment may be altered for the purpose of promotional events from time to time and without prior notice.
  23. Slot short payments, must be handed in at the Cash Desk for prize money pay-out.
  24. Any dispute arising with regards to the Bingo will be referred to Surveillance by the Bingo Coordinator. Only once camera coverage had been reviewed and confirmed will a final decision be made.
  25. Bingo games will be played at the Callers discretion.
  26. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
  27. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
  28. This promotion is closed to any person(s) who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
  29. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  30. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
  31. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified;
  32. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management;
  33. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation;
  34. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force;
