 Rules 

1. The casino is not liable if you have lost/damaged your ‘Sun & Sea Travel Passport;
2. Prizes may only be redeemed during the promotional period. Prizes are non-transferable nor may be exchanged for cash in the case of food and accommodation offer. Only 1 prize is redeemable daily;
3. Positive ID and MVG Card is required when claiming prizes;
4. To claim your Rosie’s offer once you have earned the required number of points get your ‘Sun & Sea Travel Passport’ stamped at the MVG desk and your meal voucher to take up the offer;
5. All prizes won by spinning the wheel will be loaded onto your MVG card;
6. Once you have earned your 1st 20 points retain your verification stub and drop your Sun & Sea Travel Passport’ into the tombola;
7. Thereafter for every 15 points earned by the 20 July 2019 you are eligible for an additional Sun & Sea Final  draw ticket;
8. Sun & Sea Final draw takes place 25 July 2019 at 20h00;
9. Final Prize only includes: Flights, Accommodation and Spending Money for 2;
10. Winner’s partner must be 18yrs plus, and sign up to Sun MVG;
11. Winner is responsible for Passport Application, and or any other international documentation required by law;
12. Prize valid from 25 July – 31 October 2019;
13. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion;
14. Any person who has been issued with a Banning order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion;
15. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members;
16. Prize winners who are present will be given (90) seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and MVG card belonging to the winner; and positive and acceptable form of identification;
17. Should the prize winner not present themselves within (90) seconds, a re-draw will take place;
18. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into;
19. In  the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
