HOW TO ENTER

  • R50 buy-in to be paid at the Cash-desk;
  • A maximum of 35 entrants will be allowed per day;
  • Proof of payment must be presented at the tournament in order to participate;
  • R1000 Cash will be awarded to the Top weekly Player.

PRIZE/S

Weekly Prizes:

R1000 cash for the top player weekly.

Base Jackpot R10,000 plus all buy-ins.

Prize Break Down (Finals):

  • 1st - R4 000 + 50% of buy-ins
  • 2nd - R3 000 + 30% of buy-ins
  • 3rd - R1 000 + 20% of buy-ins
  • 4th – 7th R500 in cash

RULES

  1. 5 heats will be played consisting of seven (7) players
  2. 07 hands will be dealt for each heat and the final
  3. The table limit used will be Fifty Rand (R50) to One Thousand Rand (R100)
  4. Each participant must bet minimum of Fifty Rand (R50) on each hand
  5. Each participant in the Qualifying Heats will receive One Thousand Rand (R1000) in competition chips
  6. Rotational betting will apply for each hand and once the bets have been placed they may not be changed
  7. The winning positions will be allocated to the players with the highest chip values. In the event of only one player being left in the game, that player will be declared the winner.
  8. In No person under 18 years is allowed to gamble or participate in promotions at Windmill Casino.
  9. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  10. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouse, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  11. Windmill Casino may vary or add to the rules of the promotion in the interest of fairness to all participants.
  12. All decisions of the Casino’s General Manager and the Management are final and binding. Any correspondence can be directed to the Free State Gaming and Liquor Board on 051 – 404 0300.
  13. Winners will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must be in possession of evidence of the winning ticket and positive identification, identity document, passport, drivers’ license
  14. Prize winners will be selected electronically.  Draw times, dates and criteria to earn tickets, will be advertised through mediums used within the casino.
  15. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised.  Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
  16. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management.
  17. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  18. The above clauses are severable from each other.  Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
  19. Copies of these rules available at the MVG desk upon request.
  20. Participants can only win once per draw.
  21. Management of Windmill Casino may issue tickets in any manner deemed fit.
  22. This promotion may be terminated without prior notification, wherefore the validity of the ticket will be withdrawn.
  23. All draws will take place under Surveillance camera coverage.
  24. Ticket issuing close 5 minutes before draw time.
  25. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  26. Dates 1 Oct 2019 – 3 January 2020.
  27. Final Dates: 15 November & 3 January 2020.
