  1. Event Dates & Participation
    • The tournament will take place from 24–26 May 2026 across Wild Coast Sun, San Lameer, and Southbroom golf courses.
    • Participation is open to amateur and professional golfers aged 18 years and older.
  2. Registration & Payment
    • Entry is confirmed only upon full payment of the registration fee.
    • Registration is subject to availability, and spaces are limited. Early booking is recommended.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
  3. Tournament Format & Rules
    • The competition format will follow official golf tournament regulations.
    • Players must adhere to the rules and etiquette of each course.
    • The tournament committee reserves the right to make adjustments to the format if necessary.
  1. Prizes & Awards
    • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
    • Winners must be present at the awards ceremony to claim their prizes.
  2. Accommodation Packages
    • Accommodation packages include breakfast and are subject to availability.
    • Additional expenses, including meals (unless stated), beverages, and extras, are not included in the package.
  3. Health & Safety
    • Participants play at their own risk and must ensure they are physically fit to compete.
    • The organizers are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damage sustained during the event.
  4. Event Changes & Cancellations
    • The organizers reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including extreme weather conditions.
    • In case of cancellation, registered participants will be notified, and refund policies will apply.
  5. Media & Photography
    • By participating, players grant Sun International the right to use photos, videos, and names for promotional purposes.
  6. General
    • The organizers’ decisions are final and binding in all event-related matters.
